“I used to live in Turtle Creek and I purchased all our chocolates from Sherm Edwards located in Trafford, PA. My wife adored the strawberry cordials and my kids loved the chocolate Easter bunnies. Well Sherm Edwards is no more and my kids are grown. I've been looking and trying different places for chocolates over the years with little success. So I searched online again looking for strawberry cordials. I found Pollak's and they have them. Based on previous reviews I ordered two boxes of strawberry cordials (just in case the wife liked them) and one box of salted caramels (just in case I liked them) and had them shipped to where Ilive in Virginia. I recieved my order three days after I placed it and the chocolates came packaged securely. The boxes the chocolates are in are beautifully packaged. Now my wife judges all chocolate from her memory of how good Sherm Edwards was. Well I watched her bite into the strawberry cordial and her eyes lit up. "This is good chocolate" she said. That's all I needed to hear. I found a place that will renew and enable my wife's addiction to strawberry cordials. Thanks Pollack's, I'll be ordering again.”
“Holy fat boy heaven. This place has so many options for everyone. Ended up stopping in twice while in town over the weekend. Had the gum balls I bought as a kid that are extremely hard to get. Also had chocolate covered potato chips which I love. Buddies and I finished one package the first day. Also bought some smarties lollipops that I remember from the ice cream truck growing up. Reasonable prices also compared to what I have seen elsewhere.”
“4.5 stars overall. A few years ago, St. Moritz Chocolatier merged with another business to become "Kelly's Sweets & Greets". Kelly's Sweets & Greets still uses the name "St. Moritz Chocolatier" on many of their packages of chocolates. The retail store is located on the second floor of the One Oxford Centre building in downtown Pittsburgh. Currently, its hours are Monday through Friday from the mid-morning to mid-evening. I had hoped to stop by the store on a Friday evening, but I was running late, so I instead placed an order through Kelly's website. On that same day, Kelly's mailed my package via UPS. On the next day, UPS delivered the package to me. The package contained the correct chocolates as well as two mini bags of jellybeans for free. My favorite chocolates were the chocolate-covered raisins (5 stars), which were a very large size and very flavorful. I also really liked the pecan turtles (4.5 stars), chocolate-covered pretzel twists (4.5 stars), and cordial cherries (4.5 stars). I thought that the buckeyes (4 stars) were good but could use a richer peanut butter.”

504 Grant Ave, Pittsburgh“I was so fortunate to meet the original owners son in law who now was retired. It was so nice talking with him and also a young lady who I guess was his granddaughter, she knew so much about the history. I hope establishment’s like this continue forever! Candy was so good!!”
“I love this store! The staff couldn't be any more friendly if they tried. Seriously. They are so nice to talk with while in the store. They know all about using the chocolate and other products and have helpful suggestions to share if you ask them. Plus, they are just fun to talk to. I'm so glad I found this store; now I don't have to drive all the way over to a similar store on Rt. 30 to buy my supplies.”
“This Candy, Soda & Ice cream shop is where it's at! They have all the varieties of candy you want and a large variety of soda. The atmosphere and setup is exactly what you'd want.”

“This is a little hidden gem in White Oak! Customer service was on point. The raspberry creme chocolates were full of filling and had great texture. Would go back!”
“Wow, stopped in waiting for my child at an activity and wow well maintained joyful place with chocolate and coffee, I got the chai tea latte and it’s perfect. Everything about this candy shop is adorable and so perfect thank you for existing and having the latest craze or freeze dried candy!! Made my entire day.”
“I respect the other reviewers taste, but as the son of a butcher, I can attest that the SHM pastrami sandwich was world class. Truly a squirrel hill treasure. It is meant to be shared, which explains the price, though I had a Burrito at Chipotle that cost more. Please try it so that we can preserve authentic, delectable, unparalleled deli without having to drive to Cleveland, Philly or NYC!”
“Chocolate Moose came in 2nd with their Carmel's. Beating out some iconic candy makers in the area. Don't miss this choclatier if you love candy and unique ones at that. ? Congrats!”

322 Perry Hwy, Pittsburgh“Betsy Ann Chocolates opened several decades ago. The employees hand-make dozens of flavors of chocolates and some candies such as gummies.During my visit to this store, an employee promptly and kindly served me. I purchased five packages of chocolates. I really enjoyed the flavors of the peanut-butter cup, various imperfect bloopers, cordial strawberry, and milk-chocolate bar. I, however, thought that the chocolate-covered mini pretzels tasted too buttery.”

1000 Ross Park Mall Dr, Pittsburgh“I went in looking specifically for chocolate covered gummy bears. Something very few candy stores carry. I asked the woman behind the cash register if they had them. Without hesitating she told me no, but if I buy a bag of gummy bears she'd make them. And then she did! She was absolutely lovely and professional. Made sure that I knew there would be a wait until the store was less crowded and that it would be "best for both of us" if I kept walking around the mall and came back later. I appreciate that she knew to set my expectation on timing. When I returned she had placed her creation in the freezer so they'd be cool enough for me and set a timer so they didn't freeze. From my point of view she went above and beyond to give me customer service. It was very appreciated.Any other time that I've ordered from this store the experience has always been top notch and the candies are always delicious. Especially the chocolate covered strawberries.Look forward to many happy returns!”
“Candy to your left.
Candy to your right.
Candy lines the walls in this glorious testament to Americans love for sugary treats.
Any candy you loved as a child can be found here (my favorite are the candy cigarettes) right next to weird new candy that is worth a shot.
There's a few coolers with a ton of fancy sugary drinks. Some are double Trouble as they are both energy drinks + sugar.
Worth stopping in to get a sugary treat.”
