I lost my phone. For Three days I frantically searched for it, torn between the hope of finding it, and the fear that it was stolen and not lost. After performing all of the prudent electronic searches and phone calls related to phone evaporation, I relented my search and visited this store. The staff was immediately understanding and helpful. Within a few minutes, I had purchased a great new phone. They had activated it, transferred the number form my lost phone to It, and I was on my way. I'm not tech savvy. I was dreading replacing my lost phone. They really made the whole experience seem almost enjoyable.

Excellent customer service. Visited the store this week to upgrade my current Boost Mobile phone to a newer one. Customer service agent was very patient and knowledgeable and the switch to my new phone couldn't have gone smoother. Thank you!!!

Ali couldn't have beeden more helpful.He greets when u come in the door. The problem with my phone was taken care of. He spoke with me like a person not been canned conversation. He put me on auto monthly bill payments. Answered all questions easily.
