This was our first time axe throwing and we were a bit hesitant, but the manager manager, Niko, put us right at ease and assured us we'd enjoy it so we went for it. She was right. The instructor was clear and helpful. Niko was super friendly and had a great energy. Highly recommend. We'll be back.

We had our daughter and son-in-law's baby shower at the Ace Axe Throwing. We had about 80 guests, and everyone had a great time. The staff were very helpful and attentive, both at the bar and helping/ teaching the guests how to axe throw. I definitely recommend this place for your next event.!!

From the creator of the highest ranked, Escape Room Pittsburgh, we are excited to present Ace Axe Throwing. Nestled in the renovated, 100 year old bank lobby Ace Axe Throwing is Pittsburgh’s most unique throwing spot. Grab some friends, some drinks and get started with a 1 or 2 hour axe throwing session. Your group will be paired with one of our amazing axe coaches to guide your journey from newbie to ace. After brief safety instructions your coach will then run a brief 1-on-1 training with everyone in the group. Here they will observe and make adjustments on your technique, while working with your individual style as needed to make sure that you are sticking some axes. After the training is over, the scoring, games, and trash talk begin!
