Poor customer service. Russell lost a customer (actually 2 my son is who got ripped off) today due to it. I'll drive the 40 mins to 2b raised outdoors or ebensburg hunting and fishing before I go the 5 mins whispering wheels.

Wow!! What an AWESOME bike shop!!! Russell, the shop owner, is VERY nice & was VERY fair on the 2 new tires that he even installed on my bike for a great package deal. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone. Im thrilled with my tires!! Will go back to Russell anytime I have bike needs. Btw, he has electric bikes, archery products & LOTS more awesomeness in his beautiful clean shop besides bikes. Thank you so much, Russell!!?

My wife purchased an electric bike, Russell was very helpful, let her test ride, and made sure everything was properly setup for her. He also has a nice Archery shop too !
