I had 3 packages accidentally delivered to the wrong box today. I called the post office and the woman I spoke to (I'm so sorry I cant remember your name!) got off the phone, got in her personal vehicle and came straight here to unlock the boxes and find my packages for me!!! Who does that?! Thank you so much!!!!

So I just had a unique experience at the Homer city post office. I don't usually go there but I did today (it will be my last time ever). I went in around 430 not knowing they shut there window down at 430. All I needed was a letter mailed certified. It takes the clerk only a minute or two. The clerk told me she could not provide that service but could add a stamp and mail it. But I needed certified so I questioned this. Then the "boss lady" came over she was the most ignorant b**** I ever encountered at customer service. Down right nasty. So I ask her what her name was....refused to give it. I asked her what her bosses name was...refused to give it. Told me I should have came earlier...but I work. Told me to go to another post office. When I told get my wife worked for another post office she became even more rude and told me to go there. So I did. I thanked her for her "great service" and told her to have an amazing day. Thank Missy Martz .....you made the USPS proud today!!! If I could give you a lower score of one I would have!!!

I was home all day long and it was obvious considering my car was right in front of my house. I was waiting for my package to arrive. I kept checking and checking. My kids wanted to go outside so we were on the porch from 3ish until 5ish. Not once did the mail person try to come to any door which i have 3 of. Not once did he try to get my attention. He NEVER came to my door at all. I check the status of my package and he put "NO SECURE PLACE AVAILABLE" but yet had NO issue last week left my package in the pouring rain in the grass? I try calling the post office the wait time is an hour which i dont have time for considering i have 2 toddlers. Ughhh so over it.
