Scrapped a car, tow driver was very nice and helpful. However, when I reached out about help with making sure penndot knew the car was scrapped, the desk lady said, and I quote "well were not gonna contact penndot I can tell you that." She could've been a lot nicer about it and maybe pointed me in the right direction.

Called and asked about a vehicle when they opened and couldn’t even tell me whether or not they had the part let alone the car. Wasted my entire day telling me “they call me back and let me know.” Extremely unprofessional and will never get my business. Do better.

I had to get my truck towed from my house to the dealership. The tow guy got here within a very reasonable time. He was extremely kind, and very professional. I will definitely call them if I ever need a tow in the future.

Have been waiting months for a call back for a fuse box. Have called out there multiple times since waiting and keep getting told that they'll call me to let me know and never do.

Ralph who pulled my auto part from a wrecked vehicle was awesome. The lady at the front desk that answers the phone & I guess does the notary was lacking people skills!! Her attitude was crap, no people skills!!!!

The employees are respectful and fair with what they are paying you for your vehicle you want to sell. They're great about coming to pick up where the vehicle is sitting at. They also pay you in cash the same day they pick your vehicle up.
