Simply horrible!! I have been waiting over three months for my refrigerator to be repaired, and it still isn’t. Sears keeps canceling and rescheduling the service dates, and when their technician came out on three different occasions he made matters worse by damaging the new ordered parts along with damaging my fridge. Burning and denting it. He is totally incompetent. If anyone is thinking about purchasing SEARS warranties PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE DON’T. I purchased the Master Protection Warranty which is their top of the line and quite costly, definitely not worth it. They are truly unreliable and don’t honor their warranty agreement.

Scheduling is not very good, Jules was overbooked and had to reschedule twice, we had to wait twice all day for no-shows.
Technician was a 10 out of 10. Very competent and professional!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We have the Sears home warranty which is supposed to make the process of scheduling a service visit easier. Twice we scheduled appointments to have someone repair our refrigerator. Twice I took the half day off of work to wait for the technician. Both times they did not show up.
The first time, as the 8 AM to noon appointment window neared its end, I tried to call. It’s nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, and when I finally did, I was promised that the technician would absolutely be there. Technician never showed up, never contacted me. When I called again to complain, I was promised that if we rescheduled, they would mark our order, “high priority.” we gave them a second chance. The same thing happened again. We are canceling Sears home warranty and will never use Sears Appliance Repair again. It’s pathetic.

What a joke of a company Sears has become. I am using Sears Home Warranty where I was told a Sears technicien would come.
I could Only get a bot when I need information and you cannot ask your question but just select what they want to answer.
When finally I could talk to a real person, with a terrible sound quality from a call center, they can only say the same thing you can find on the service request. No supervisor! They lie saying the appointment will be at a certain time when you have to wait the whole day. The technician does not have the courtesy to call when he cannot or decided not to come anymore. I had to call myself and reschedule again for another day, effectively missing 2 days of work. They lie also on why he did not show up. One operator said it was a family emergency and another one said his truck broke down. I am still waiting for my fridge to be repaired. Once this is done! I am done!
