Good store to get clothes, footwear and other things at a discount. But the store is very messy and dirty, good attention from the staff and the best thing is that they close at 10pm

Never really too much available at this store clothing or decor wise but if you want a quick smell good, check it out. Better than Bath and Body works prices sometimes for designer scents. ?

This ross is going down hill. And I will be calling corporate for the discrimination I endured this evening. I came to the store earlier that day and purchased a furniture piece. Came back that evening for another. Now after I purchased the b piece that had a reduced price sale Tag in it due to it being damaged. A so called manager came over and wanted forced me to pay more for the piece. My sale was final and I left the item in the front to grab one more thing. I came back to the front observing this woman holding my furniture up and saying I had to pay more.
Now she didn't do thus to anyone else leaving the store. I the person. Of color was the only one bullied into this interrogation to the point that I no longer wanted the piece. She refused to call the person over her. Even at my and the other employees request. As a frequent customer of this location. I am appalled and hurt that neighborhood store would treat me so harshly.

You wonder why NOBODY goes to this store! i just went in to get sneakers, an the 8 people that are in this store are standing in line, ONE cashier with a customer who has about $300 worth of stuff, i have back problems that have been getting better finally.. now i’m doubled over after standing in the same spot for almost 15min!! another lady standing at the door , why she couldn’t ring people up is beyond me!! an as she waits on me she starts yelling about where is so n so!(cashier?) why do you WAIT till 15+min to call for backup?! like you see us getting upset an huffing and puffing bc now everyone is annoyed , NOT how i wanted my experience to be! so now my back will be killing me for about 3 days, THANKS A LOt ROSS in holmes,Pa!! DO BETTER-Angry customer!

Wednesday the 19th September I will never shop at the Ross's at the McDade Mall ever again. the night manager was so rude. She lost a sale and a customer. My girlfriend took some dresses into the back dressing room and was told it was closed so we had to use the front one. We had no problem and we walked up and stood in line for the front dressing room. Then one of the girls that work there came up to us out of nowhere and said we're closing soon. I'll take you in the back since you have a few dresses and I'll unlock the door for you and you can use that real quick. So we were very thankful and went with her. About 5 minutes later the manager of the store came stomping up to me. Got in my face screaming at me about how dare I open up the door for the dressing room in the back and who do I think I am and started getting belligerent and cocky as hell with me so I put her right in her place and got cocky right back with her and said,maybe you should talk to your employees before you come back here and yell at a paying customer when you have no clue what you're talking about because you're employee opened it up for us. Then she said what did you say to me.. and I proceeded to spell it out again for her because she might have been deaf or hard of hearing. She didn't like what I had to say and stomped off. So we put everything back and we left will never shop there again because of the manager whoever she is. I hope somebody from corporate has a little talk with her with manners and maybe has to learn to talk to her employee before she yells at customers.She's a moron.. but the young lady that helped us out and opened up the back dressing room for us was a sweetheart.. the manager rude and cocky and didn't even apologize to me. Stormed off. I don't know who the hell she think she is that she can just come up and start getting cocky with customers like that out of nowhere without knowing anything that happened. She needs a little training course in manners and maybe had a manage a store..
