She took the utmost care in packaging them for me - very creatively, I might add! She saved me a couple bucks, which is always appreciated after the holidays. “This is the only post office in the city worth going to. Every time I've gone they're nice, efficient and they have things in stock. All the other post office locations I've been to in the city are nightmares. The best option really is to drive across the bridge to a post office in New Jersey. But if you have to go to one in Philly, this is the one.I see in the comments people saying it's not always open when it's supposed to be. So I guess maybe it's hit or miss but I haven't had a miss.”

“This is the best post office in the entire region. It is not surprising when they have a postmaster like Mrs. Douglas. She is very kind, and she always goes the extra mile to serve the her customers. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for excellent service.”
“I come here often, sometimes multiple times a week to ship out packages. I sell things online and have yet to get my hands on a printer for my labels—so they‘re able to scan a QR code from my phone and print out my prepaid labels for me! They’re always nice and quick. Only negative is sometimes i’ll walk all the way there and they’ll have a sign on the door that they’re closed early, or only open limited hours that day. However it’s the same with the Secane office. Staffing issue maybe? Still 5 stars :)”

“I go out of my way to come to this post office. It’s had plenty of parking and if you’re someone like me who is busy and always shipping packages they have a bin you can just place them in. Easy in and out 1,2,3. Also the staff is always friendly and fast. Unlike other post offices, such as Springfield, they are quick with their counter service and packages always start tracking right away.”

“I had a P.O. Box and went to this post office several times a week for a year or more before I moved. Everyone was really helpful and kind to me, they’re severely understaffed and the region they cover is very big so you do need to be patient and keep this in mind, but otherwise I have no complaints.”

“This is not a full sized commercial post office. I missed a delivery and was directed on the USPS slip to come here and pick up a package. I arrived around 2pm on Saturday. You ring a bell and a post office clerk comes to slide open a window. She was friendly, kind and found my package within a few minutes.Thank you USPS!”
“Surprised to see the reviews here. This is the nicest post office in the area. I've tried most of them. The staff here have never been anything but friendly to me. Dana had the best energy of all time; I hope she's enjoying her retirement. Denean and Tasha are great too. I choose to travel 2 miles further to use this post office rather than my home zip code, because of how friendly and reliable the service is here. The fact is that 90% of dissatisfied customers will leave feedback, while only a tiny percentage of satisfied customers do.”
“Going here can be a nightmare at the wrong time. It is such a convenient location on the corner. I try to go between 9:30am - 11:30am or 2:30pm - 3:15pm. Otherwise you hit the people going before work, the ones going during lunch and finally the ones looking to stop in after school/work.I sell a lot on eBay. This location can print sticky labels if you have the QR code.Wish it had more room. The line can be out the door if there are more than 8 waiting.Since it’s a local distributor, they seem to be on the up with stamps and available service changes.”

“Took my uncle to renew his passport. The line was a 10 min wait. Jennifer at the desk assisted us and was the best help. While filling out the paperwork the line did get longer but by the time our paperwork was filled out she was ready to take his picture”
