Does not smell or look clean. It's a SCAM. Items: coat and bed comforter. Coat belongs to non-smoker. Coat smells like cigarettes. Comforter is dirtier after than before. They state they cannot guarantee cleanness. Order was given and paid for 12/1/2022. I called 12/12/22 and was told my order is ready but phone number was not connected to my order. I paid $72 total for: a comforter clean ($35), coat clean ($25) and the coat to be sewn ($12). Had to pay on the spot the day of in cash. It's cash only, with sign that states cash only. The sewing on the coat has visible strands. I do not recommend. Maybe send your worst enemy or anyone you hate.Edit to confirm that this was the first and last time there.

When i was 3 months pregnant i got engaged and my mom bought me a beautiful white maternity bridal dress to wear (bought for a 3-4 month pregnant woman) i didn't get married until i was 7 months pregnant so the dress obviously didn't fit anymore! I came here with little expectations that they could help in this situation but the wife (family owned business, so friendly and nice) was determined to get my very pregnant belly in it, she made tons of alterations, added a train clip and just went above and beyond and IT FIT!! I went back for two try ons and it turned out beautifully. The prices are amazing and can't be beat and like i said the family is the sweetest! They handle your belongings with such care and everything always turns out great. I've been using them since i was a teen and I'll never go anywhere else! Definitely try them out.

Took my suit here to get it altered as well as some office shirts for dry cleaning. The alterations were done well and fit me great. Good dry cleaning service as well. Workers at the store were very helpful. Will be back!Service: Alterations

All the reviews were good for this place so I took a chance. The people that work in there are very nice, the problem was I put in about 8 shirts total the first set were black and grey and then when I picked up that set I put in three more. When I got home I noticed the shirts were wrinkled mostly down the arms and some other spots around the chest. I was hoping it was just a fluke. When I pick up the last three shirts they were also wrinkled.I put a couple of examples underneath.

Absolutely the worst dry cleaners to exist in delco. Sent in a prom dress to be altered and it came back altered perfectly until 30 beads were missing...the lady hung up on me after I asked for half of my money back because she didn’t want to give her precious money away. Convenient cleaner ran by a Korean family, they are super friendly and helpful! Other than dry clean, they also do a lot of tailoring. Really wonderful place to go to when in need!

I don't use dry cleaning or alterations very often so I'm not expert but the woman who works here (not sure if she's the owner or not) is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met. She was incredibly accommodating despite being super busy and the customer service and just overall atmosphere in there is so pleasant. I genuinely felt happy leaving that store today. I absolutely recommend this place and hope they have lots of success!

Great work, affordable, and fastWords can not describe the outstanding customer service at this place! I had 5 pairs of pants altered/dry cleaned and I am more than satisfied with the results. If only I could give a better rating than five stars!

I had a pair of selvedge jeans that were a little too wide in the leg for my liking and decided to give Gateway a shot at tapering them. On a Friday I took the jeans in and explained what I was looking for to the man working behind the counter. He had me try them on, pinned them up and told me they would be ready the following Thursday.I was a little nervous to see the end result as my request was very specific (taper them from the knee down while maintaining the selvedge detail on the outseam).I picked them up the following Thursday and they came out fantastic! The fit was perfect and the selvedge detail was exactly how it was when I bought the jeans. I turned them inside out, inspected every seam, and I still have no idea how they altered them. They did a perfect job.I couldn't ask for more!
