“Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Easy, quick, and quality service. We found an old vhs tape of my late grandmother who had recently passed away-I was searching for ways to convert it and stumbled on Zim’s. I gave it to Mike Tuesday night and it was ready by the next day. I received a USB drive, my old tape, and instructions on how to use the flash drive. Mike really thought of everything to make this the smoothest experience for his customers. I’ll definitely be coming back when I find more tapes”

“I came to this location 3 years ago and they were so helpful on helping me upgrade. I made the mistake of going to the store on 17th and Chestnut first and they didn't help me so I came back here and once again they were helpful. Honestly, this is THE BEST T-Mobile store in the city! Tynesha (sorry if i got the spelling wrong) hands down is the best employee ever! Broke down plans and cost for me, was so patient with letting me transfer everything over and gave me the best deal with the best plan. Going forward I will always pick this location. I love my new phone!”

We had some questions regarding our plan, phones, payments, and many more and we stopped by the T-Mobile in Media, PA (where we live) and we were blown away by the service T-Mobile Team Media provided to us. I mean, the entire time I was there my jaw could not close. It was unbelievable. The lead Dan, along with his team Cris, John, Trey, and Seeta, paid attention to every single detail or question we had. “Happy after visiting WWS. Great staff with good knowledge of hifi. Was looking for bookshelf speakers for my medium room. They had Focals Dynaudio Klipsch B&W mainly for demo at Ardmore store. And a wide variety of Integrateds for demo. Yamaha, MCIntosh, Nad, Cambridge, Marantz when I visited. Decided to get a B&W after auditioning for 30 mins. Pretty impressed. Thanks Ryan and Tommy.”
“The people who are working there are very nice and helpful. I am so glad that I went there because they are having a promotion and I hope you go there. They have 2 phones for $180.44 and 1 is a G5 and if you get public assistance they help pay your bill. Try it. I think but not sure it will go on for a week. Have a blessed weekend and be safe”

“Mike is a truly fabulous person. When I came to the store, I was transferring my phone number to a different phone, however there were complications with the insurance company issuing the phone. He arranged phone calls for me. And when he heard me struggle with the insurance company, he personally took time to talk to them on my behalf. That was not a requirement of his job, that was just a nice thing he did without charging me because he saw how stressed I was. He went above an beyond helping me get my phone working again. I cannot recommend Mike enough.”
