I had a tax issue (got a letter saying I owed from 2022), and I didn't know why or what to do. I called Diamond and left a message. Sharon got me in the office immediately and looked at my documents; she explained what the problem was, and she got me set up on a payment plan and me a terrifying situation not so painful. Sharon has been my accountant long before becoming affiliated with Diamond Accounting Services. I moved my business out of state 4 years ago but l still make the occasional trip to her office to have my quarterly and end of year taxes done. I asked Megan if she could file for me this year and that it would be easy due to me not working because of covid last year and she told me there's nothing to file. That's funny, because I just filled MYSELF and I'm getting over $3,500. I have a child, so how is there nothing to file? I'll never all anyone to do my taxes again. Thanks for NOTHING Megan.
