This branch is horrible they told me the most I could take outta my account was 3k that's a joke the Manger was dressed in a hoodie and spandex so unprofessional the employees was so ignorant

Terrible experience. Branch manager has a dreadful attitude. She refused to allow a withdrawal from my own account when provided with sufficient identification documents, including a driver's license. She prevaricated repeatedly (saying there was no signature on file when I have multiple endorsed checks, among other items in Citizen's systems). She refused -repeatedly- to call her boss so I could make a complaint and have somebody higher on the org chart resolve the issue she created (again with a false statement saying she couldn't). She repeatedly said she doesn't have to explain herself and then kicked me out of the branch when I said her behavior is ridiculous.

No one greeted me upon entering the branch. The layout is odd so everyone tends to bunch in the front and it is unclear if there is a line and which service you are in line for. A few signs or floor stickers could solve this.I went to the teller to close an account. It was a simple transaction but there was no inquiry as to why I was closing the account or if there were better products available to meet my needs. Overall it was an easy banking transaction and it took approx 15 minutes including wait time.

Went here to open up a savings account. They told me 15-20 minutes and I ended up waiting 50 minutes. They told me they had one bank teller and it would only be “a few more minutes” when I asked how much longer. had to get up and leave and now I have to come back another day…..

Poor costumer service. They did not accept Federal ID for withdrawal a money . I show them my passport and My Federal ID . Very bad behavior

Be careful!!! when you get changes from the guy teller who named Kevin money is always short. Always happened with him. Terrible service!!

Quiet area, I feel safe using the ATM inside and when it's closed, the one on the outside is available for deposit, withdrawal etc so very convenient if you don't have time to get to the bank before 6pm

Citizens Bank in Holmes has a very friendly atmosphere. The tellers are wonderful and the representatives are kind and very helpful.
