“No one greeted me upon entering the branch. The layout is odd so everyone tends to bunch in the front and it is unclear if there is a line and which service you are in line for. A few signs or floor stickers could solve this.I went to the teller to close an account. It was a simple transaction but there was no inquiry as to why I was closing the account or if there were better products available to meet my needs. Overall it was an easy banking transaction and it took approx 15 minutes including wait time.”
