Writing this review for baker Ms Ashland My Mom was coming to the US for the first time ever and i wanted US themed cake I showed her a picture and rest she did an AMAZING job tbh I didn’t expect it to be this good not only decor wise in taste as well it was so good i would must say that Acme Bakery is blessed to have such talented baker ❤️ xo

Went to this acme again had the old lady at the cashier still there. I thought oh well all the other lines are full why not give a go and head where that old lady was standing. Suspiciously she was empty. I ran into her twice and every time she always seem to be hard to deal when nothing suppose to happen. We'll make it short I had one alcoholic beverage and I had my ID she took a long time to look at my ID. I'm pretty sure she memorized my address by the time she was done with it. No wonder no body was at her line. Everyone avoided her. Telling every customer out there if your having a miserable day don't go to the old lady she makes you uncomfortable.

Went to cash a lottery ticket, was told by the yng lady in customer service tht she did not have the money for said ticker. Like blew me off and went on about her business. This was the 2nd such time this happened at this store. Their was a guy tht went the whole mile for me, and I thanked him. Tht yng lady always treats ppl as if they are interrupting her flow. Do better

I felt discriminated against today right in front of my two kids. I used the self-checkout to get things I needed for dinner. I had the exact amount in cash. I put some of it in, and my daughter insisted on putting in the last $20 bill. Suddenly, the machine said nothing was paid, even though we had inserted all the bills and change. I asked for customer service. One employee came and said to wait. A second employee came and rudely said, "You didn't put the money in." Then the assistant supervisor, Ariel William, came and told me there wasn't anything she could do. My daughter saw another employee opening the machine for another customer who was having a similar issue(white woman) However, as a brown woman, I received no help because they assumed I was lying. And wanted to me to leave the food and come tomorrow for “loss prevention “ she mentioned . Wow I was very shocked/ sad. I have never experienced such a thing . I cried right in front my kids, I felt ashamed , angry at how they treated me . Finally , the employee who was opening the other lady’s machine , came and opened and find out that the money was foled since my daughter was helping . And gave me the money back , but that was even after calling the cops and going through so much when they could have just opened while I was there waiting to get helped. I am never coming back to this place .

Customer service was horrible in the hot food section I was treated unfairly I felt like I was racially profiled

I’ve shopped at this location for a few years now but unfortunately I have to find a new location to shop in. I asked if the store was hiring & I was told no immediately after another customer who happened to be Caucasian asked if the store was hiring & they walked him through the correct steps to apply & contact the store director. Blatant racism should not be tolerated in 2024. I wish this wasn’t my experience

To spend my time in here shopping in which it took me a while because of heath reasons spending extra time to find healthy items.to go to the register and mobile payment is not working apparently is totally unacceptable. It is 2024 and all systems should be operating properly. This is inexcusable and a poor experience....tbh after I scanned my items it was in need of an override from a manager which was very strange and odd......everything I needed I do not have now thanks for nothing who ever is in charge...
