“Joe was accommodating and very helpful when we originally had a reservation at another location that wasn’t able to uphold the reservation. Joe took care of everything, from getting us setup with another box truck to handling the other reservation and canceling it for us. Really appreciate how helpful he was, definitely will be returning.”
“Brother in laws have rented from here before and are returning to this place again but it should really be mentioned that this business is CLOSED on Wednesdays. Brother in law made a reservation on the website and we went to the business today but seen on the door they’re closed on Wednesdays but it’s nowhere mentioned on the hours when you Google them. I submitted a suggestion for the Wednesday hours to be changed just so no one has to make a drive out there if they really are closed.”

The dude's not ever been a Stowaway customer, he's just a sour ex-brother-in-law who's got nothing better to do with his time than to post false reviews. Notice how he purposefully called out the employee by name TWICE. It gave me a good laugh, at least.”

“Clean, safe & accessible storage unit facility in beautiful Windber, PA. We were struggling to find a facility that allowed our shipping containers (u-pack) to be received. Other storage facilities didn't accomodate for this type of request (which we found very odd with cross country travel) However, Rock Solid was the exception! The owner, Chuck, responded quickly & gave us assurances it wasn't a problem. When we arrived in PA he met us at the facility & everything went seamlessly. So kind & professional! The portal is easy to pay your bill & gives reminders. We have been very pleased with our entire experience. We highly recommend!”
