This girl was awesome and helped me so much. I am glad I went to the Verizon store nearest me (Blair St., Hollidaysburg, PA 16648. She was very patient when I asked a question-she was able to answer it. Very good store experience !! Ali is an asset to Verizon !

Manger Jennifer was extremely rude. Messed up my transaction and has done nothing but continue to try and contact myself and my mother from her personal number on a Saturday at 8am to fix her mistake. When I agreed to help her fix it she was unbelievably rude and tried to blame it on me. Will not be returning to this store. Would not recommend you go to this store.
