I have no issues with the post office itself (other than when you call the local number the connection is terrible). Typically the customer service that I have received from the office has been what should be expected. It is our current mail carrier (previous one was awesome and would go above and beyond). He will mark packages as "undeliverable" or "attempt made" prior to 10AM. His typical delivery time on weekdays is between noon-2PM. We are not the only ones on this route that he 'avoids'. The mail used to be delivered practically anywhere. Now it's delivered practically nowhere. High five. (Insert sarcasm here)

Im a lead Trainer at a very well known restaurant in the area. I live and breathe customer service. Every time I go in this post office and that super tall guy is at the front desk he gives me the worst attitude ever!! Like he truly hates every person he has to wait on. Its everyyyy single time this guy is there its like he loathes his job?? As I read other reviews, I guess this is not the fisrt time hes treated people like that. Some body needs to have a talk with this guy. A little kindness goes a loonnggggg way!!If I could give no stars I would!!!!

The lady who answers the phone is absolutely nasty and shouldn't have any contact with customers. We called to let them know our packages are not to be thrown on our front steps were there is no covering from weather and they aren't in a safe location. We called to let them know we have a back porch and she gave us attitude and was nasty about it.

They botch cuz need to track our package replacement phone an when asked to be held said we can't do hold one piece of mail really ..I guess getting paid. To actually work these days are gone

They keep dropping our packages off at the neighbors house even though they were not authorized to do so.

I was helped very quickly by a kind employee and they even suggested an alternative shipping method to save me money on packaging and postage. There was no line, which was really nice.
