Sylvan's have helped all 4 of my pets over & over again. I'm so grateful to have such a caring team to look after my animals anytime they have issues. My young Kitty Zoey recently had a polyp removed & she is like a whole new kitty. She's so happy now & I wouldn't have known the problem or gotten it taken care of if it wasnt for Sylvan's. Thank you Sylvan's for taking such great care of my pets. I'm glad I have a trusted place to turn to whenever I need. I highly recommend anyone needing a vet to call to make a appointment.

Never received a return phone call after explaining my dog was doing poorly. The tech could of cared less. I was told the vet was at lunch and she would give him a message to call as soon as he returned from lunch. The phone call never came. I had to call back and explain my dog was very sick. This time the girl that took my call was very sympathetic and got me in right away. Sadly my sweet boy had to be Euthanized. Not even a sympathy card offering condolences. I've gone here since Dr. Kissell first opened. I truly expected better treatment. Extremely heartbroken ?

The only reason we continue to go to this vet is Dr. Barefoot. She is very personable and individualized. You can see her love for animals in her interactions and delivers her care in a respectful manner. I can't say the same for all of the vets at this facility but Dr. Barefoot keeps us returning for the care of our 2 Danes and shepherd.

I really like this animal hospital. My dog and I get to see one of the male vets every time we go there. I have the utmost faith in them that they have my dog's best treatment available in mind every time.

They were there when I needed them in an emergency. I needed my 10 year old cat checked for a possible blockage and they were so understanding and helped him right away. Very informative and compassionate to my cat and me.

Extremely professional.. I have taken all my pets to Sylvan veterinary since their opening. If you want excellent service, gentle treatment, and a knowledgeable staff, then take your pets to Sylvan veterinary. I had to put down my cat of 16 years.. They gave us a private room set up for grieving while the procedure takes place.. They allowed me to stay with my girl as long as I needed.. This is truly a vets office for people who believe pets are children.. Thank you Sylvan veterinary..

Can’t say enough good things about this place and its employees. We came here for a second opinion on a full teeth extraction and they were able to do the surgery for us the next day. They are all so very nice and professional and really keep you in the loop along the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We loved them so much that we are switching all our cats into their care ?

Sylvan Vet Hospital is hands down the best Vet in the area. A couple years ago my dog got really sick, and they were the only Vet willing to actually take the time to look at my dog, and they probably saved his life. He still has weird stomach issues, which they've continued to help me with - even answering questions over the phone. I drive an hour each way to get to their location, but i know its worth it because they're the best.

Horrible professionalism, they missed my dogs veins soo much that his whole neck was literally blood splotched. and I wasn't even granted the courtesy of being told that they even tried to get blood from his neck i just woke up to his neck looking like he was choked or something. Plus they never have answers for my questions about preventing recurrence of issues highly DO NOT recommend

Fabulous Veterinary HospitalI must say this is the best, cleanest and most caring veterinary hospital I have ever been to! I brought a dog in this am (did not have an appointment) and they worked him right in. He was having trouble breathing, etc. Dr. Barefoot did an extensive thorough exam and testing and determined he had an upper respiratory infection. Maddie and Sarah were extremely helpful and compassionate, such caring girls!! I would give this business 100 stars if possible. I am so happy with the care we received here and highly recommend to anyone in need of honest and compassionate care for their pet!

My dachshund was dying and I made an appointment to have her put to sleep. The person I talked to was very helpful and understanding. When I found out it was too late she helped me out with final arrangements.

Amazing experience... My senior cat had an issue although it took a few weeks for an appointment... the vet was amazing with her, she's terrified to go outside let alone in a carrier... and the vet handled her so well and eased her fears, she was diagnosed, given meds and scheduled for surgery ASAP.... I cannot thank them enough.. probably the best veterinarian I've encountered

Love this place and the wonderful care they give to my cats. Everyone there is so kind and friendly. I feel like they treat my cats like they would their own pets.
