They accepted us very fast.many ppl are there on our appt date,parking was hard,but I don't know if that's always the case,they took a look at our dog,we told them all the things that was going on with her(small dog)they gave us some prescription medicine to help her,which worked,but we left asking what was the issue that made our dog have issues to begin with....we never really were told what it was.anyhow,they are very nice and I'd go back if we couldn't get into our primary vet. Edit-move this to 5 stars, still going to the same vet,and they are AMAZING!our dog has since passed,and what they did for us I have never heard of anywhere else doing...God bless you guys and gals.and we now have 4 cats that they take care of,dint think we will be going to anyone else anytime soon,if ever...thank you sylvan!!!

I love these people. Every person I've met has been great. My fur babes see qDr. Weikert. He is terrific. He's kind, knowledgeable, and I think he actually likes animals :)

DO NOT USE THEY ARE THE UPMC OF ANIMAL CARE!!! They only want your money, they've killed 2 of our cats THIS YEAR because they didn't want to do work. And when we called for months they just hang up.

Utterly incompetent and unable to accept responsibility after misdiagnosing our Leo. After the misdiagnosing and eventual passing of our our 14 month old puppy, my mom and sister went to their office to them of what happened to our Leo. They denied to accept any responsibility in the fact that they misdiagnosed our Leo, did not recommend a second opinion for something outside of their capacity and then didn’t give any condolences during their visit after the fact. Only would say how it was a “weird case.” That “weird case” was our beloved Leo. Do not waste your time with this unprofessional conduct and go to Metzger’s in State College if possible.

Took my son's Husky over to the new facility and was very pleased at how clean and spacious it is. They took us immediately into our exam room upon entering, and the techs as well as the vet were extremely nice and patient with his pup. One entrance and one exit, so easy in easy out.
