Excellent experience with the team here, especially with our sales professional, Tyler Gibbons! We purchased a car for our daughter and his customer service was absolutely top notch. So much so that we also decided to trade in our second vehicle and bought another from him. Highly recommended! Absolutely one of the worst vehicle purchasing experiences I have EVER had.We called ahead, as we were coming from out of state to trade in and purchase a used truck. We got all the paperwork done over the phone, agreed to price and trade in value, and set our appointment. That was the end of any positive experience with this dealer.We showed up 10 minutes early for our 11am appointment. At 11:30, the salesman we had made an appointment with still hadn't shown up for work. The lone salesman on the floor was dealing with 4 separate couples trying to buy cars, while the two managers sat at their desks at the front and did next to zero to actually help anyone. Just goofed off on their computers.As mentioned, we were there to primarily test drive and sign, but as soon as we said "Yes, we like it." we suddenly had to re-do all the paperwork that we had previously agreed upon, as if none of it was ever filed at all.We almost walked out when the woman in finance would not take "No" as an answer for their extended warrantee. We said no, and we meant it. She eventually went and got one of the "managers" and we told him drop it or we walk. He finally did, though he felt the need to make a sales pitch for it too.What should have been a 20 minute experience turned into a 3 hour + ordeal, and that's not even the end.Once we got home with the truck, waited two weeks, then started checking with our county title office to get my plates registered. I keep specialty charity plates on the vehicle. The title hadn't been released to the state. Weeks of checking, weeks of nothing. We finally called to see what what happening and got told "We called and left a message that we were missing paperwork." Number 1, you knew we were coming from out of state, and knew what paperwork you needed to have. Number 2, we asked what phone you called, and were given a number that doesn't belong to either of us. You called that number ONCE, and then "left it up to us to call you back." Due diligence must not be a value you espouse.Now, my plates are "on the way", and they're not the correct ones, meaning I have to pay the state fees to have them transferred to what I actually wanted.You could call me in 10 minutes and offer me a 100% brand new vehicle on a 1-to-1 trade, no change in payments, and if it meant having to sign a single paper with your staff, it wouldn't be worth it.Absolute worst experience I've ever had. Will not be back, and know that locally based family and friends already know how our experience went.

Thank you so much to Ben and all the guys at stuckey automotive! I love my 2021 Ford Edge! They were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was such a relaxed environment. Honestly had to be my best experience buying a car yet. They made me and my fiancé feel like family.

China was an amazing salesperson , I actually switched my salesman because the other one and I did not mesh. I did tell the other salesman that the inspection sticker was wrong on the car and it was illegal and needed fixed and he never did anything and then a week almost passed and came back to purchase that car and told China but of course nobody wanted to help her so she had to put dealer plates on for me because I was not taking it off the lot with my plates until the inspection got fixed. price for car was a little over but it had all of the items I wanted and I have looked working an hour driving and checked carfax so we went with it. Very happy so far with the car and again China was amazing but I also new exactly what I wanted.

I bought a car. Less than a month ago. Tyler Gibbons was so helpful it took a couple days to find the right one . On his day off he was so kind to have another associate help me out. When I finally made a decision Tyler was right there to help me through the process. If anyone is buying or in need of a car I would definitely call Tyler GIBBONS great sales person and very helpful and a very good team member

They had my car for 5, almost 6 months, that had been fixed by them 14 months earlier. They never called back when they said they would. We would drive by and my car didn’t move for months at a time. They also destroyed the inside of my car. It looked like someone went through everything… glove box, console, and doors. Everything was just thrown all through my car. Then, my father-in-law took his car in for an oil change and tire rotation. He marked his tires before dropping it off. When they called and said the car was ready, he checked the tires and they weren’t rotated at all. Their service has gotten unreliable, lazy, and messy. Very disappointed. I will not buy a car or have a car serviced there again.

I've been to 4-5 dealerships during this weird summer of chip shortages and high volume of car sales. I finally found a sales team I was comfortable putting a deposit down with. Jason and Ben have both been awesome to work with. I'll see you all again when my car gets there in a few weeks. Stoked.

My husband and I couldn't have been more honored to have Dom of Stuckey Automotive of State College PA be our Salesman. We were his very first customers and he did a fantastic job. I am enjoying my 2018 Buick Encore Preferred 11, it's everything I was hoping for. Also Dylan who assisted on the financial end of things did a great job. We’ve purchased many cars from Stuckey’s, and every time we have had a great experience. Most recently we worked with Tyler Gibbons and he went above and beyond for us. He treated us so well, and kept everything 100%, no BS. Tyler was super organized and so personable. We went through the financing with Kyle and he was awesome too! So helpful and very down to earth. Recently bought an Sti from China at Stuckey, my boyfriend and I love it! We enjoy that it’s one of the only cars left that is stick shift. Sometimes we shift gears for each other! Super fun and great purchasing experience.
