Great service by Brittany but don't buy any accessories there. I paid almost $40 for a simple clear case, and found one the next day that includes a screen protector and camera lens cover for 1/3 the price. The store will not let me retuern the case, even though I have had it less than 24 hours. Ridiculous.

Waaaay over the top helpful, \\u0026 they solved the problem that my own cell carrier could NOT!! I only wish I could recall the store manager's name! Was it Matt? Whomever ~ I wish to thank you immensely for your time \\u0026 problem-solving capabilities!!! Cheers!

My wife and I went out to the store to investigate new phones. We worked with Shane and he was very patient, listened to our questions and explained everything we asked very clearly. We picked 2 phones and Shane assisted in the swap. Everything went very smooth and I would highly recommend working with Shane for your next purchase.

The staff did not listen to me when I said no and moved forward with setting my number up on a new phone I repeatedly said I did not want if there was no case there to walk out with, then set up an expedited shipment to my house for a case that arrived 2 days later than they promised and was the wrong case. they took the case back but would not refund expedited freight because they told me the wrong day when they charged me for it. the whole time they kept transferring to the new phone, they kept telling me I could return it in 30 days if I didn't love it, no problem, no risk...so when I still did not have a case, I asked to return and was told there was a 20 percent return to stock. buyer beware! I called Verizon and found this is not a direct retailer and if you want to deal with Verizon, go to Logantown.

I cannot express enough how awesome this place is! I have never had a good experience using Verizon retail stores and usually do everything myself online. But with Covid going on, online was taking too long so I decided to check out local stores again. Prior to this, I’ve never used this one, but I’ll tell you now I won’t use anyone else after the service we got here! Thomas was awesome and super attentive. He worked with us to find exactly what we wanted and patiently helped us transfer everything to our new phones. This was huge since I was switching from android to IPhone! Cannot highly recommend enough!

Dan was so helpful with getting my son set up with a new phone for his birthday. He helped us find the best option for our plan and set us up with everything we needed. We didn't feel rushed and the customer service was amazing.
