A great place to buy a vehicle. Extremely helpful but low pressure. The first time I have actually been relaxed purchasing a car. If you go, be sure to ask for Trey Ferlo. He makes buying easy without the hassle. Very knowledgeable and does everything to answer all your questions. Kyle Greene in finance makes it fast and simple. He lays out your options and lets you decide. Again, no pressure to purchase add on's you don't want. I will definitely by going there again!!!

Some good and some badGoodReasonable pricesGood selectionEasy to calculate total payment through websiteBadCommunication- I first contacted them through one of the car finding services. I sent some questions. No response. When I heard from them later, they claimed 8 emails were sent that I never received. This was not an issue for another other dealership. In another instance, the car I had been watching for weeks sold. Instead of notifying me, I found out randomly when being contacted about a different car. No carfax- they don't provide them because "they're not reliable" it is true not all mechanics input fixes into the database that feeds carfax. But they're basically saying "trust us, we know best!" Best case scenario, they're honest and you have nothing to worry about. Worst, there is something hidden in the carfax they don't want you to see. Spending $25-40 to provide it seems like a small price of doing business. I'd recommend buying it yourself just in case.

I brought my truck in for state inspection and an oil change while it was there.The team explained to me that they could not pass my truck due to excessive play in several suspension parts (tie rod, tie rod ends, and drag link) as well as my tires allegedly stuck out past the fenders too far.1. If my tires stuck out too far, why even bother moving forward with inspection of the vehicle if that alone would not pass the vehicle. This is evident when looking at the vehicle in the parking lot.2. After obtaining my vehicle, I inspected the suspension part conditions personally. I was not able to get any play what-so-ever out of the components. Additionally, I dropped the vehicle off with another mechanic and state inspection center for a second opinion. They found nothing wrong with the suspension components.So at the end of the day, I was quoted over $1,200 worth of components and labor to replace parts that didn't need to be replaced on top of paying for an inspection when there was no way that it was "passable" due to aftermarket tires being installed.I will never buy another vehicle or have another vehicle of mine serviced at Stuckey Automotive/Quick Lane. They cannot be trusted in my mind.Services: Oil change

best service and people I've ever dealt with. went over and beyond to help me out and got me the vehicle I had my heart set on. China helped me out. she was amazing! and Bobby Krouse also helped me out alot as well. Very pleased and would definitely recommend and will be going back to do more business later on.

I highly recommended Tyler. He was recommended to me and he was amazing. I had an appointment with him and when I walked in he had vehicles lined up for test drive. He was very nice, friendly and great to work with. He even had the shop put the car I was looking at on a lift so we could get a better look at the car.

When they though I was going to buy they couldn’t of treated me any nicer . I left the 500 hold money, then when I called to say I changed my mind only because the SUV I wanted had something wrong with it and they were going to look at it. It is a 2020 with 28 plus a little more. Well I hadn’t even bought it and it was in the garage seeing what or why it had a problem. No thank you if I want vehicle problems I will keep mine. I had one heck of a time getting them to refund my 500. When I got ahold for the second time I was treated like “s.” This was because I was no longer a customer I only called a second time because my daughter was to call and get the 500 back and no one answered or returned her call. The longer you wait for the return the harder it is to get it back. Finally the second call did the trick! I told my daughter to call right there and then and if she didn’t get an answer let me know. She got it taken care of right after I had a talk with the sales person. The reason he gave me for not calling me daughter and this was all day-hours was “he was with customers.’ See I was no longer a customer so I didn’t matter. He was wrong !

China was an amazing salesperson , I actually switched my salesman because the other one and I did not mesh. I did tell the other salesman that the inspection sticker was wrong on the car and it was illegal and needed fixed and he never did anything and then a week almost passed and came back to purchase that car and told China but of course nobody wanted to help her so she had to put dealer plates on for me because I was not taking it off the lot with my plates until the inspection got fixed. price for car was a little over but it had all of the items I wanted and I have looked working an hour driving and checked carfax so we went with it. Very happy so far with the car and again China was amazing but I also new exactly what I wanted.

I needed to get tires put on in a pinch, and The Quick Lane made it happen. They are great for any and all service you need. They are super friendly and answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend having your car serviced here!
