“Our tenants used this company and was quite happy with them. After doing a walk through of our home after they left we noted plenty of damage. Our tenants blamed EL Dinges for the damage to our new kitchen floor in particular and stated she bought insurance to cover it . After some communication with Dinges we learned our tenant lied to us and made false claims about the movers. Dinges did however came and took pictures and addressed our claim...kudos to them ..thank you”

“As soon as DYLAN, NICK, JOHN arrived they shook our hands, and introduced themselves. they were on time. They were quick but also VERY careful NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING is broken of ours. Very neatly organized. I would highly recommend company to anybody. They hauled up 3 flights of stairs without any complaint they were troopers and very sweet. They had us do walk through a before leaving and arriving to make sure our stuff was all on the truck before they left. These 3 need raises”

“We only heard of U-Pack when we moved south for retirement. Our first impression was great customer service! we hired them, they delivered the bins and we packed them full. Our new house was not ready, so, U-Pack held our items for 2 months, then we made a simple call and they delivered the next day in our driveway. we unloaded and called them to pick up the empty bins. The contract was easy to understand, the phone service was great, and the drivers were awesome. Our belongings were intact and NOTHING was damaged. We highly recommend this company. “I recently had the difficult task of moving my mother to an assisted living facility. I no longer live in the Altoona area, so I asked FaceBook friends for mover recommendations. Every single person who had a recommendation recommended Walks, and now I know why! They were professional, respectful, and excellent facilitators. On the day of the move, they called me to see if it would be alright if they were to arrive EARLIER (!) than the scheduled arrival time. We were packed up, moved, and unpacked, with furniture arranged to my specifications, well before I had imagined the packing up phase would even be completed. AND (I started a new paragraph to get your attention): they charged me LESS than what they originally quoted. I currently live in Philadelphia, so I KNOW good (and bad) customer service from experience. If you are in Philadelphia, you want your move handled by Mambo Movers. But if you are in the Altoona area, call Walks Moving and Storage...you will be glad you did!”

“Had an issue with another company who was supposed to deliver 500 gallons to fill our hot tub. They stopped communicating with us so we contacted Mcintire's Water Hauling and they were so polite and professional with us. They helped us and were all exceptionally accomodating. The driver was helpful and courteous to my wife and I the entire time, taking our property into consideration. Despite my offer and it being easier to drive into the yard, he chose to do the extra work and pump it from a much further distance. We will only be using Mcintire's from now on.”
