“Had an issue with another company who was supposed to deliver 500 gallons to fill our hot tub. They stopped communicating with us so we contacted Mcintire's Water Hauling and they were so polite and professional with us. They helped us and were all exceptionally accomodating. The driver was helpful and courteous to my wife and I the entire time, taking our property into consideration. Despite my offer and it being easier to drive into the yard, he chose to do the extra work and pump it from a much further distance. We will only be using Mcintire's from now on.”

“Our tenants used this company and was quite happy with them. After doing a walk through of our home after they left we noted plenty of damage. Our tenants blamed EL Dinges for the damage to our new kitchen floor in particular and stated she bought insurance to cover it . After some communication with Dinges we learned our tenant lied to us and made false claims about the movers. Dinges did however came and took pictures and addressed our claim...kudos to them ..thank you”

“We moved from Belize Central America to the US, specifically Pennsylvania. Gearharts was hired to move our furniture and personal belongings from Miami, Florida to Pa. The container arrived in Miami and looked like it had been ransacked! Care was taken to repack our belongings and ensure we received our belongings without any further damage.

A transition like that is not an easy process and ours was certainly a challenge.
Gearharts moved our stuff back to PA and held it for us until we were able to establish our dwelling. We were not able to accept all our belongings immediately, and they allowed us to sort through our boxes and pick and choose what we wanted to take and what we needed to remain in storage.

Later the same day they delivered our selected goods to our apartment.

They're workers were extremely courteous and helpful bringing our things into our apartment.

We will definitely use them again as we know we have one more final move!”

“We only heard of U-Pack when we moved south for retirement. Our first impression was great customer service! we hired them, they delivered the bins and we packed them full. Our new house was not ready, so, U-Pack held our items for 2 months, then we made a simple call and they delivered the next day in our driveway. we unloaded and called them to pick up the empty bins. The contract was easy to understand, the phone service was great, and the drivers were awesome. Our belongings were intact and NOTHING was damaged. We highly recommend this company. “Hands down the BEST! I had them move a very heavy (600+lbs) piece of equipment from my garage into my basement down a flight of steps, and 3 guys had it done in no time less than 45 mins!

The workers were so polite and friendly! They were able to work around my wonky work situation and didn’t even miss a step! They are a little more expensive but when it is more important to have your belongings safe than just moved they are the best!

And the office staff were outstanding too!!!! Jocelyn was so helpful and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the extra care they gave me to get me through this very stressful relocation.
