“I didn’t catch the name of the phlebotomist that took my blood this morning, but she was incredible! I don’t typically have pleasant experiences with getting blood drawn & I am a bit of a pain (request to lay down and request butterfly needle, etc), but she was so quick & caring & considerate of my past experiences. She made it extremely easy & I didn’t have an unpleasant experience this time.”
