Kinda crazy to spend $30k on a vehicle, have it be under warranty still, and not provide a loaner vehicle or shuttle during longer service appointments. So without somebody to take off work to help me, I am stuck at the dealership for hours. Bring back the shuttle service for local customers, please.

I came to Fiore looking for a new Jetta to replace my '21 that had been totaled by a deer strike. I looked online and saw they had the SEL package I wanted. I called the dealership to confirm they had one in the lot and I was put in touch with Tom. From day 1, he was awesome to work with and made the process as pain-free as possible. I HIGHLY recommend Tom and Fiore VW if you're in the market for a vehicle! I will definitely be returning when I'm ready for another!

Just bought a new Atlas from Tom McCracken at Fiore VW. Tom took time to show me all about the vehicle and to answer all my questions. We shared stories on our test drive and I feel very comfortable with him. He made the buying and trade process easy! I would highly recommend him for all your VW needs!!

Loved the salesman who sold me my car. Unfortunately, the service technicians are garbage and do not know what they’re doing. Do not recommend going there for even a simple oil change.

Looking online we found Fiore had a vast number of really nice cars to choose from. We visited the dealership and was impressed with what we saw. Tom McCracken helped us find a very nice Volkswagon that we are very happy with! Tom was super easy to work with and made sure we were satisfied in every respect. We are very happy we found Fiore.

Have had the worst experience with this dealership. Every time you call for a code they just can't find the code on the day of appt and expect you to drive around until it breaks down. Cross your fingers that the code is active the day you call off work to have it looked at. I had the code ran at advanced auto and asked them to look at that part and they insist they have to rerun the code. Why does this have to be scheduled. Shawn the rep for Volkswagen was rude and hung up on me for asking for the manager. I explained I can't just drive my kids around hoping my car doesn't break down. I have to put my children in this vehicle. I Will never buy another vehicle here. Never had this customer service issue until recently. They never call back either, but they sure do send out surveys through email...

Took my car to the fast lane for normal service. Got into my car when it was done. Smelled HORRIBLE. idk who was working in my car but it smelled awful like feet. Had to get my car detailed and a load of freshners. On top of this issue, when i bought my car i was harassed by the salesman tom to leave a review. Texts, emails and calls. Well heres the review he wanted. Very disappointed with every part of vw fiore in hollidaysburg. Hard pass on this place.
