My son took my vehicle in for inspection, he told them he could not make desicions regarding vehicle; they neglected to call me when vehicle didn't pass to dis uss options. Just sent home form with what needed fixed. (Brakes and rotors) and $1k estimate.Son stopped at certified private mechanic. Estimate for $500.If work is done either place, is fiore going to charge for another inspection or pass vehicle because brakes and rotors replaced ? ?.A phone call would have been nice.

Absolutely Loving my Audi Q5!! The customer service provided by Wade Clapper and Mike Rosen was outstanding! They were honest, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and explained everything in detail. They listened to me and were very understanding. I did not feel pressured or rushed. Wade's knowledge of the Audi Q5 and it's technology was extremely impressive!! Also a big shout out to Tom Bare in Finance. The process was fast and smooth. They all went above and beyond and are committed to Customer Satisfaction!! Thank you for making this a Great Experience!!

We were on vacation and driving home on a Sunday when our Toyota needed to be towed to service. We chose Fiore Toyota based on location and reviews. I admit to being nervous about having my vehicle, full of all my camping gear, towed to a dealership when we had no knowledge of them, other than internet reviews, and could not even speak to them on the phone as it was Sunday and they were closed. We were very pleased with how promptly they got my truck in to be serviced, diagnosed our issues and let us know what was going on. If one must have vehicle issues hundreds of miles from home, we were thankful that we had a good place to help resolve our issues.

As usual. Service department is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Missy is so in touch with the vehicle needs and that of the customer it’s hard to imagine a better experience. Vehicle repair is never fun but she makes the hard stuff easy.

I brought my Tacoma in because the 4 wheel low light was flashing. They told me I needed a part worth $22. They said it looked like we messed with the 4 wheel drive wires. Hello, 5 years ago this dealership fixed the 4wheel drive due to rodents chewing wires charging over $1000 so the part they said we messed with putting on some cheap bandaid was exactly the part they put on 5 years ago. I picked it up. Cost me $289ISH . Turned truck on and light was still flashing. Went back in and they proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do to fix my 4 wheel drive so I was basically SOL. I paid $289 for not a damn thing and all they could say was sorry, they couldn't help me I will NEVER go back to Fiore Toyota in Hollidaysburg Pa again. If my husband had brought the vehicle in each time it needed service they would not have taken advantage of him.

Ongoing customer, and let me tell you it’s nice to get in without an appointment for an oil change with an expected wait but then to be offered an add on needed service with no pressure and very little extra time spent and they checked it all going over needs with specifics and an estimate but yet again no pressure. I love Marisa’s friendly communications and willingness to help!

Excellent experience spending the afternoon on Friday shopping for a new vehicle at Forie Toyota, Altoona. Sales representative Tom McCracken was fabulous!! Highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle. After all, the market is not ideal to shop for a vehicle with interest rates at an all-time high, even with a credit score over 800. NO ONE!Tom is relatable, interactive, and most importantly, knowledgeable. We love our new VW! We will definitely go back when looking to purchase another vehicle. Thanks, Tom!

My experience with service has been outstanding. Dominic has handled my service calls and visits very professionally. This most recent visit was to get the second key programmed. Dominic noticed the inspection could be handled at the same time and suggested that to me. It was great having it all done in one visit. Make sure you keep Dominic.

Dominic in service was great. Gave me an estimated wait time on my service that he not only promised but beat! I was out of there in less than an hour. Great team all around and was happy to purchase my car there and return for maintenance!

I didn't even buy a car today, but Jason Downs is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to show every car that he thought would meet my needs. Absolutely no pressure to buy from him, either. This is the way that car shopping should be- great job to Jason and the staff at Fiore!
