We stopped in here last year to window shop, turns out they have a very nice variety of goods.One year later we had such a great experience last time we wanted tk revisit the same place and browse. The staff is very friendly even with us being from "somewhere else". They were very nice to our 2 boys and just friendly. I recommend this place for anyone looking to see something different”

“Wow, there are lots of different items to choose from, such as toaster ovens, toothpaste, air freshners, toys, candles, cell phone chargers, soda, etc. I found a waffle maker I've been looking for, at a great price too. They have items outside to look through, too. The prices are great. The employees are so super nice. You never know what you will find.”

“First of all, to respond to a couple people on here. #1, just because a website says that a store carries something doesn't mean the website is correct. Demanding that they do doesn't change that.Secondly, I really have a hard time believing anyone at this store tells customers to find things themselves or are rude to customers. The staff at this store is excellent, I deal with them all the time.”

“Wow we were there early in the fall and left.Clothrs were piled on the floor everything was messy and unorganized we left within minutes,We were shocked when we went back organized ,clean well stocked and prices were reasonable wonderful inprovement.We will add Gabes as our shopping stop.”

“We went to go get some brushes for painting. Corner brush was .97, and small roller .97, and small paint brush .97. Good products for good prices. Needed a corner brush lucky to get the last one, and hoping small paint brush gets in the small spots that my other paint brush couldn't get.”

An extremely helpful and kind... new employee... with her natural kindness struck up a conversation and in no time knew exactly what I needed and took me directly to it. I've made my life career in customer service and I'm telling you... this girl HAS IT! What a nice change... someone that WANTS to help the customer... because they genuinely care! “This Dollar General is a better store than Duncansville and Hollidaysburg. It's a good size, very clean and looks organized. It's a great place to stop real quick when traveling. There's a lot to look at so if you have time great if not make sure you know what you want and ask them where it's located if you can't find it. Go ahead and check it out. I'd stop here before any other ones. The employees are very friendly and talkative. I suggest just stopping in sometime because they should have what you need.”

“We went to get food items as we had been there in the past. Appears to be a smaller selection, but they did have some things we could use. You definitely need to check dates if you have an issue using food past the arbitrary best buy date. Friendly and helpful staff!”
