What a store!!
They have a huge selection of just about everything you could ever want or need. From ammo to tools, lighting clothing, etc. could’ve spent hours in their roaming around and probably will one day!
The staff was very friendly and helpful as well !”

“This store has a lot of unique items such as old style candy, neat toys, t-shirts, etc. The prices are average. If you need to buy for a kids' birthday party, this would be the place to go.”
“Wow, there are lots of different items to choose from, such as toaster ovens, toothpaste, air freshners, toys, candles, cell phone chargers, soda, etc. I found a waffle maker I've been looking for, at a great price too. They have items outside to look through, too. The prices are great. The employees are so super nice. You never know what you will find.”
“Very nice store. The staff is very friendly and helpful The only problem are the customer's... they pigs at this store. Leaving stuff everywhere and just lazy customer's that can not put anything back where it goes. The staff is always picking up stuff.”
“This Dollar General is a better store than Duncansville and Hollidaysburg. It's a good size, very clean and looks organized. It's a great place to stop real quick when traveling. There's a lot to look at so if you have time great if not make sure you know what you want and ask them where it's located if you can't find it. Go ahead and check it out. I'd stop here before any other ones. The employees are very friendly and talkative. I suggest just stopping in sometime because they should have what you need.”
“I used to go to weis for certain items but since they no longer seem to have much of what I need or raise prices to the point I can't afford to go there as much as I used to. Plus dollar general has everything everytime I go. Prices are reasonable. That's great!!!.”

“First of all, to respond to a couple people on here. #1, just because a website says that a store carries something doesn't mean the website is correct. Demanding that they do doesn't change that.Secondly, I really have a hard time believing anyone at this store tells customers to find things themselves or are rude to customers. The staff at this store is excellent, I deal with them all the time.”

“The employees in this place are very sweet and helpful. As with everywhere else right now, they are missing a few items due to "supply chain issues". Even though I have doubts about why this is happening, these folks are doing their best.”
“We went to go get some brushes for painting. Corner brush was .97, and small roller .97, and small paint brush .97. Good products for good prices. Needed a corner brush lucky to get the last one, and hoping small paint brush gets in the small spots that my other paint brush couldn't get.”
“You can't go here looking for anything specific, though some items always seem to be stocked. Good deals can be found. Generally overstock, damaged or expired goods, but I've never had an issue with anything bought here.”

An extremely helpful and kind... new employee... with her natural kindness struck up a conversation and in no time knew exactly what I needed and took me directly to it. I've made my life career in customer service and I'm telling you... this girl HAS IT! What a nice change... someone that WANTS to help the customer... because they genuinely care!
