I know I am in the minority here, and have been using this pharmacy for almost 30 years, but today I have not experienced quality service at all. I came in for a regular flu shot, waited for a while without being told why, then was told I would have to pay for the flu shot, and when I asked additional questions, was met with nothing but annoyance from the pharmacist.

Hands down the best pharmacy. Bonnie is the absolute best. Even if you don’t need your medications filled, the store has tons of other items similar to Hallmark, except better! Be sure to stop in!

I am so, so extremely grateful for the time the pharmacist (I didn’t even catch her name and I wish I had!) spent on the phone with me tonight. She was nothing but kind, knowledgeable, and just unbelievably helpful. So clear and concise. It’s people like her that make the medical world a better place. I can’t recommend using this pharmacy enough. She showed me nothing but respect despite my questions being about something uncommon and unpleasant (see my previous review about the CVS in Downingtown). She even told me where to go to get exactly what I need since she didn’t have it in stock at the time. She deserves all the business Holland and Richboro and Newtown have to offer.

I am very upset because I talked to someone on the phone on Saturday and they were going to call cvs for me to get my prescription transferred over because this pharmacy was the only one that had my script that I NEEDED. I just called today to see if they had it for me to pick up and they said they gave the last one away. This is terrible business and I'm very upset that this happened. I needed it for today and no one else has it. Not ok at all. They didn't even have a reason for giving it away. They told me they would hold it for me

This is the best pharmacy around and has the nicest people working here. The pharmacist, Bonnie, who is very talented and with her assistant Kathie, they get your prescription filled and on time. The next time they see you, they remember what you were there for the time before and ask you how you are. Then they tell you that you look better. If you do not look better, they will tell you what to do to help,and call the doctor for a renewal if necessary. They also remember your family. They go above and beyond what a good pharmacy will do, and tell you it is no problem, even when you know it has to be. The other people who work there are amazing, too. The woman who stocks the store is the best, if they don't have it, she will get it. If you are too sick and can't make it to the pharmacy, they will bring it to you. If you want a team that makes you feel better when you are feeling at your worst, and it is right in your neighborhood, this is the place to go. I have been their customer since Bonnie opened it. 10 out of 5 stars 10/5. **********(inventory)

Very friendly and always helpful in person and on the phone. The website is also very user friendly for covid vaccination info and shots. I have several pharmacies near my house but I choose to drive 22+ minutes to go here.

We are eternally grateful to Village Shires Pharmacy for providing the Moderna vaccine to us. We were on every list in the area and fortunately Village Shires ( Bonnie) came through with the vaccine! ( March 30 was our second shot!) I contacted the PA governor’s office by email and on the phone and expressed our hope that they would continue to provide the vaccine to local pharmacies like Village Shires.

I love Village Shires pharmacy. I am always greeted by name and with a smile and everything is done to make sure I have what I need. They go above and beyond to make you feel special and get you what you need. I always feel happy when leaving the pharmacy and every time I go home to tell my family how nice my pharmacist is! I could not have been treated better during the pandemic and always! Thank you!
