This is the most adorable chocolate shop and the owner could not be sweeter. There are a countless number of chocolate items at very fair prices. Also, all items (and prices) are clearly labeled on the website and in store. Owner is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. She is more than happy to wrap several items up as a gift. Definetly stop by this little gem of a store!

A must stop at this shoebox of a hidden treat. The pretzels are $1. There are $2-3 choices galore along with quite higher end customs. Go in, spend a few minutes, and enjoy the smell and Lily's handmade treasures.

I recently received a care-package shipped to me in Boston from a close family member who lives in the area.
One of those items was the milk and dark chocolate dipped pretzels. The packaging is minimalistic but truly showcases the quality product inside! Just be sure to re-tie the package closed, that’s if you don’t eat them all first!
The pretzels are phenomenal on their own. Old-school, classic pretzel. It was so refreshing getting dipped pretzels that aren’t stale or crumbling with every bite! I am not sure where they get the pretzels themselves, but it truly makes the product for me.
The milk and dark chocolate alternated in the packaging is a very cool touch. The chocolate is put on thick and both are very rich. The dark chocolate is also phenomenal. I typically avoid dark chocolate due to it being bitter. It isn’t bitter here!
I am so glad I was introduced to this company and I look forward to trying more of their products! I am already having my family member go back to ship me some more pretzels! They are perfect when you are craving something sweet AND salty.
My only wish would be for them to offer an online store. I’d love to be able to order from your website!
Hands-down the BEST dipped pretzels I have ever had. The quality is top-notch and this place is a must-try if you have a sweet tooth like me!

Stopped by this gem for the first time and will definitely be coming back! Conveniently located within a parking-ample plaza. You can tell that Lily put a lot of love and detail into this little shop. Prices are affordable, and well within reason for the quality. Plus lots and lots of different options to choose from. I stopped by to pick up a bunch of treats for students and will certainly be back!

Lily, the owner, is an absolutely wonderful lady! My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting "Lily's Chocolate Factory" today, and the first thought that crossed my mind was that Lily is a true "Lady Wonka." We have a deep appreciation for supporting local businesses, and our visit to her charming shop felt like stepping into a second home. We had such a delightful time discussing all things chocolate, as well as exploring topics related to other local businesses.Our experience was so enjoyable that we're already looking forward to our next visit to Lily's shop, eagerly anticipating more delectable chocolates and engaging conversations.
