I'm newly divorced and needed to get my own insurance. John was so extremely helpful without being pushy or trying to sell me something I didn't need. He took the time to explain to me what the policy I had was not covering. He wrote up a policy that I'm paying less for twice the coverage. I highly recommend. He made insurance shopping easy and painless!

I am thrilled to have switched my insurance and I saved an amount that really made a financial difference in my life. Special thanks to Ryan he walked me through every step of the way and made the transition easy. I think we get into a rut and fear that it sounds to good to be true when someone offers to save us money. In this case I asked a lot of questions and it took a lot of effort on Ryan's part, months later I can say, it was not only true that I could save money but I found a very honest agent and now have enough money that makes a difference in my budget.

Recently purchased a home and needed HOI. Of course I choose State Farm because I’ve had an auto policy with the company for years. Ryan Bigelow assisted me; it was evident he was very knowledgeable of the product/service. As a first time home buyer there was so much verbiage and jargon I just didn’t understand, but Ryan was patient and he took the time to explain everything. His work is definitely helping the company uphold a quality image.
