They took the time to explain how the transfer going to work, reviewed and explained my coverage and adjusted where needed. This is something that the other office failed to do. This office is always reachable by phone and text, they always answer the phone and return the calls. If they weren’t sure of the answer to my question, they took the time to research it and get me the answer. Very pleased with the level of service.”
