We take all (3) of our dogs there. The doctors and staff are amazing.
I took our anxious senior pup there this morning. He got his annual shots, blood draw, and nails done while we all sat on the floor with him. The staff was very understanding and accommodating to this anxiety.

This is a wonderful veterinary center! Their Veterinary Doctors are always kind, professional, and very knowledgeable! Trustworthy and thorough. Office staff always polite and helpful. They have taken care of our 2 cats for the past 2 years after we moved. Quick appointments available during emergency situations. Very thankful for all their services!

I made an appointment for my two cats to have their teeth cleaned and had to leave a $200 deposit to do so. The night before their appointment, one of them was violently ill and I was not comfortable taking him in and because of distance and my own limitations, I needed to reschedule both of their appointments. I emailed the office late that night after cleaning up vomit for an hour and then called the following morning. I was told that I had forfeited my $200 deposit b/c I canceled my appointment less than 24 hours beforehand and they asked for ANOTHER $200 to reschedule. At no time did the employee I spoke with (Riley) express any concern for my pet or his well-being, my inability to bring my cats in separately (which he said would have allowed them to credit the $200 but would have still required I pay another $200 for a second appointment) simply saying it was "office policy" and refusing to do anything to help. Your mileage may vary, but when a veterinary clinic that claims to care about treating pets treats pet owners this way, draw your own conclusions. I would have given "Valley Vet" zero stars, but Google won't allow it.

Needed a 2nd opinion on my 3.5 month old French Bulldog. Was able to make an appointment next day. Called, left message I'd be 10 minutes late as I own two Frenchies as staff & vet (no idea what's her name) were all friendly & helpful.
