There is zero upselling going on. Actually quite the opposite. If you are uneducated consumer looking for car work and tires this is the place to go. Eric the owner is patient and accommodating to all customers and his crew is as well these guys are a ten star operation.”

“Had to have my car towed which is never a happy experience however, Dylan from Austin’s Auto Service and Towing made the experience quick and painless. My car would not shift over to neutral so he had to do extra work to ensure my AWD was not harmed when loading the car onto the flatbed. Dylan was professional and friendly. “I’ve been a loyal customer of US Auto since 2018 and have always been impressed with the professionalism and meticulousness of the team. As someone who is not car savvy, I have confidence in my car’s performance and care becuase of my trust in the folks at US Auto. They are experts at what they do, and they care for my car as if it were their own.
On more than 1 occasion, I’ve dropped my car off without an appointment and they have graciously accommodated me, helping me quickly get back on the road. Brad will also send text updates throughout the day and send photos of repairs or issues, keeping me informed and aware of progress.
Their waiting area is exceptionally clean, spacious, and has nice amenities like water and children’s toys. It is comparable to a car dealership’s waiting area, much nicer than any garage I’ve worked with before.
US Auto is not the cheapest shop around. However their attention to detail, accommodating scheduling, trustworthiness and friendly customer service easily make up for the price differential.”

“Only $60 for 2 perfect tires. The right size for my 1988 Ciera. I was only there under 20 minutes. Call here first and save time. They included install on my car, mount on the rims, spin balance and dispose old tires. Hardest working guys I know. I won't go elsewhere. .”

He told me once repaired it would look "better than new"! Well he's a man of his word, because it indeed looked better than new and at a very reasonable and fair price! “Best mechanic in the area! For example, one time brought my car to Tim while he was dealing with a lot. He had double pneumonia in both lungs and the shop was super understaffed. He could have easily turned me away (which would have been completely understandable) but he didn’t. When I dropped it off, I forgot to grab my keys. The next day was a holiday and I didn’t realize until we were heading out the door to go to family events, that due to my mistake, I had no access to both my kids car seats that I desperately needed. I frantically made a post asking if anyone had an extra car seat or possibly his contact information. The post lead me to his wife, who thankfully got me into contact with Tim. They could have told me to eff off, but instead, they drove to the shop on a holiday to drop off my keys so I could grab the car seats. Once he was able to finally look at my car, it turned out the root cause of my car issues was a cracked battery terminal. This was thankfully a quick and cheap fix. Tim could have lied and told me I needed a new starter, and I wouldn’t have known any different, but instead he was honest, even after I made him and his family go out of their way on a holiday.
Typically, my biggest concern when going to a mechanic is that someone is going to take advantage due to my lack of knowledge regarding cars. You’ll never have to worry about that at Tim’s auto. Sooo if you’re ever in the area and in need of a mechanic, look no further. You won’t be disappointed with the pricing or the service you receive. And the honesty he provides is the cherry on top. ☺️”
