I am very sad and disappointed that the Walbert Ave location was closed. Those ladies in that location were very friendly and knew their customers. It was always worth driving out of my way to go to that location. The tellers at Crescent Ct. are all pretty crabby. I have walked out on occasion because the line is soooooo long.

Trying to get through to a person is impossible on the phone. The automated phone lines never routes. I have been trying to close my account here for over a month, and still can’t through to a person. I would go in person to close, but I’m military and I’m out of state. This bank is ridiculous. They don’t mind charging a $5 account inactivity fee though.

Trying to get through to a person is ridiculous. Why can't we just enter that persons extention number to get to that person

Walked in, asked to setup a checking and savings account. Was told I need to set up an appointment. That’s fine! I’ll take my money elsewhere.

the automated phone options are a nightmare. if you want to get through to someone you might as well go stand in the half an hour line because the machine will not connect you through to anyone. why even have that service when it doesnt even work?

ATM works like 3 days a month even though its brand new. And employees are too slow and busy to help you. Waste of a drive almost every time.Edit came every day for 2 weeks straight. ATM was open 2 days total...Edit 2. ATM still doesnt work. Maybe one day but I'm losing hope more and more.Edit 3. ATM looked like it was working today. But while I was in the middle of my transaction some male employee came out and placed a cone behind my truck then proceeded to turn the ATM off. Didn't say a word to me and completely ignored me while he walked away. I'm so irritated with this branch I'm about ready to close my account and go elsewhere.

The parking lot is very odd and not particularly safe. If you want to walk into the office you have to cross the lanes with the ATM and the drive-thru that's not very safe because people don't necessarily think they have to look for pedestrians before pulling out from an ATM it's just odd

Walked into this branch to withdraw THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS, and the teller only asked to see my bank card…literally any stranger could have found my debit card and drained my account without question. No ID was requested, no social, no account number, just my debit card, and BOOM $3,000 in cash was handed over—a SCARY lack of security. So I stopped using my People First account for most transactions and no longer have my paychecks deposited into this account—of course I forget there’s a few bills still linked to the account, and get charged $35 for EACH transaction that tries to pull when my account doesn’t have enough funds. Do you know what Chase bank does? They DECLINE the transaction! Other banks usually charge one single overdraft fee, not People First, they charge for EVERY transaction, so of course I paid $105 in overdraft fees this month to this greedy bank that doesn’t pay their employees enough to care about customer protection. Worst bank I’ve ever had, what a FOUL place.

People First Federal Credit Union has been my bank for over 15 years and I've never had a problem. They specialize in mortgages, home equity, and credit cards, as well as, car and personal loans. The Whitehall location is my favorite. It's convenient and the staff is super friendly.
