I purchased a van that was listed on Marketplace. I usually stay away from dealerships but Antony was very responsive and helpful. The van was accurately listed. I'm happy with the deal that was made. It's a good van. Purchased as is, just as it would have been through a private seller. Also the notary work was very fast and efficient.

Wonderful experience!
We’re from out of state and while on 76, the plastic cover under our engine got loose. We called ahead and they fit us in very quickly, removed the cover after determining it couldn’t be repaired, and gave recommendations on replacements when we got home.
There was no jerking us around or unnecessary recommendations either.

LIARS and scams.
Guy sold me a 2011 grand Cherokee. For a week, said only thing wrong with the jeep was a 4x4 light that jeep needed to clear. NOTHING ELSE. Drove an hr and 45 mins to pick the car up. All nice a sweet. Now’s when the fun begins….
1st off, car wasn’t ready, clean or emptied at all. Extremely unprofessional. I had to empty the trash out while they did a 5 min inspection. Claimed in text they were gonna put in on the diagnostic, never did. At this point we had no choice. Bank was closed, check written out and sold fiancés car that morning.
Day 2 notice a putter, low rpm struggle. While sitting in my daughter’s school parking lot, the coolant hose blows off. Keep in mind they claimed to have done a “ coolant flush “. Within 24 hours…
Heated seats don’t work
A/C only works on driver
Coil and bad plugs
Reverse camera is black screen
Fuses missing
Shocks are beat
Rusted rotor shield
All I get is “ well it’s basic maintenance “. I ask the guy to at least help with something since A. Car wasn’t ready B. Obviously did not look over the car at all and passed the inspection with no running lights.
End of the day…
A/C needs an actuator, (20$ )part, but 3 hours labor ( 540$) at jeep.
Coils and plugs- ($250) cheap ones ($810) Mopar
Rear view camera-cheapest (90$) plus 2 hours labor ($320)
Haven’t gotten to even look at suspension yet!
Now I’m ignored or blocked. Pictures and videos to prove everything said. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Lemon ? dealer, and scams.
