Been going here for years and experiences get worse and worse. Picked up 2 80mm m10x1.25 bolts for 5.50 a piece which is ridiculous only to get home to find out they're not the right thread. Why have labeled boxes? Won't be giving them my business and sure won't be telling anyone to go there like I have. Prices absolutely suck and the store is a mess.

Good experience. The staff is knowledgeable and there's a LOT of items you will find and can get here you won't get at other big box stores. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is willing to help answer any questions with the experience to back the answer up.

This is just one example of a small business over charging, $10. for a bag of concrete is outrageous. So there's why someone would go to Lowe's. Every little thing here is so over priced like thay think we are all stupid. Sure I like to support local small businesses but places like this just take advantage.

A hidden gem and a blast from the past. Shop here and you will have top notch service from knowledgeable employees who actually know what you might be looking for. The store is huge and has a little bit of everything. Worth the time.

Great local hardware store. Excellent service and great source for advice. Staff is so much nicer and more helpful than big box stores. They will custom cut out order products as well.

My truck broke down at the intersection before the shop a few minutes before closing. The two older gentlemen that were working were a huge help, and also gave me contact info for a few local mechanics.The downfall to my experience took place when the owner came at check out and charge me $7.50 for a few bolts that were only about $3. The employees looked at each other and I looked at him with a questioning look. Word for word he said " Welcome to Hershey on a Friday afternoon".Needless to say I won't be returning and will be sure to go the extra mile or two down the road to Lowes.
