I have bought shoes there. And I have also had shoes repaired there, since 1978 very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. If you want good quality shoes that will Outlast Big box store brands shop at tulli's.

If I could give 0 stars I certainly would. I went in to get a Gucci leather bag strap repaired- to which it was a simple glue issue. It was coming undone in several spots and did not look that terrible before I took it in. Now, it looks worse than it did before and my strap is filled with glue that is busting at the seams. I think I personally could have done a better job myself and I do not call myself a person who specializes in leather. It was cheap, which is the only good thing about this place besides the fact that I will now have to pay to get it fixed further. So, thank you Tulli's for having me wait a week for an even bigger headache! Pictures are attached, you can see for yourself.

Our town has exactly ONE cobbler, which is closed most of the time & also didn't do a particularly good job fixing the sole on my shoe properly.
Since we already were going to Hershey, I'd found this gem of a store. Despite arriving one hour before closing time, they repaired both the sole and heel while we waited, and for only $10.
I cannot recommend the place enough - super-friendly owners & great job!

I have an old (almost 20yr) pair of docksiders that needed new heels. I picked them up today and thought I had a new pair of shoes. New soles and they oiled the old dry leather. They look like new! Amazing and the price was more than reasonable. Mr. Ngueyn (hope I spelled that right) is a wonderful soft-spoken gentleman who came here to the US in 1975 the right way... legally! I admire that as compared to the horrible immigration of today. If you need new shoes, or shoe repair, please go to Tulli's. It's worth the drive and you will be helping a small business and an American!

I looked high and low for a certain pair of shoes I wanted to replace. FinaIly found Tulli's by accident. Found out my shoes are not made anymore. I was shown several others and tried them on. I found one that is close but same high quality. They are not cheap but worth the money. They are cheaper than Amazon, etc. I am happy.

I purchased a pair of Rockport shoes from Tulli's in September 2023. I have an extra wide foot that makes it extremely difficult to find shoes that fit well. The older gentlemen measured my foot, and pulled out 15 different pairs of shoes in varying styles. Great service, very polite and most importantly a pair of shoes that fit just right!

I needed some leather sandals altered as they were too wide, and a hook repaired on the strap of a leather purse. They did a great job on both. Very professional and the finished products were perfect. You couldn’t tell either had been altered.

Great Job, Fast Service. Sent my shoes from California for a full Lug Resole. They're $415 Leather boot. Well worth the Price of a resole of $70. They will last another 10 years for sure.

I took two designer leather purse straps to have them shortened. They were done on the time quoted ( 2 days) and look wonderful. The stitching matches the original and is very well put together. Reasonable pricing ( $20 ). I am very happy with the service and final results.
