Our stay at the Hershey Hotel in Hershey, Pennsylvania, was nothing short of exceptional! The staff was incredibly friendly, with a special shoutout to Taylor from guest services who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The property itself is gorgeous, providing a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. They are extremely accommodating and wonderfully kid-friendly, making it a perfect family getaway.
The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and there are many other great restaurants on the property. Just a tip: make reservations early to secure your spot. The shuttle service to the park is convenient and efficient, adding to the overall ease of our stay.
The hotel boasts a wonderful outdoor kids' pool and an indoor pool, both of which our family thoroughly enjoyed. There are plenty of fun activities to keep everyone entertained. We highly recommend the Hershey Hotel for a delightful and memorable experience!

This place is five star for a reason. Incredible hotel & service, close to everything: Hershey park, Chocolate Factory, Tanger outlets, Giant Center, Rose Garden etc. It has its own club house, restaurants, shops & pool with water park features, mini golf, spa, and honestly fun for all. There are free trolleys to Hershey Park multiple times a day. Spa on site! ENJOY! Kid & Disability friendly.

This is a one off grand old hotel that is worth a visit even if your are not staying there we stayed three nights and while expensive, it was worth every cent. Free valet parking, bright, smiling, competent staff, gorgeous amenities, several fine restaurants and a very nice bar. While kids are definitely part of the scene they do not dominate the scene as generally don’t detract from the ambiance. Rooms are good sized and the beds are very comfortable. Terrific location, right next to the Gardens and a short free shuttle ride to the gates of Hershey Park and Chocolate World. We recommend it highly giving the rare five clams on coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale.

Nice hotel & accommodations. I wish the help was more professional (for the price you pay a night). The restaurants were good. Pool was great. Again the service people working poolside could be more kind & professional.
Rooms: Our room was poolside. Excellent location for easy pool access w/kids. Just wish it was open later.
Food & drinks: Food was good. Drinks were ok

This was such an awesome stay for the entire family. I’m hesitant to write the review because I want to return with a bunch of families and friends and don’t want it to be too popular. Excellent service from check-in to check-out. A special thanks to Cassy and Courtney by the pool who made sure the kids were taken care of. And to Carter by the concierge lounge he was excellent. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed in the villas. Check in was so chic. Was one of the first to occupy the cabin. It was new and fresh and everything was exactly up to par with what I expected. The lounge was very good. Get breakfast there and before bed treats.

One of my favorite luxury hotels!!!
The rooms are beautiful. They have restaurants and gift shops on the premises. You must try the SPA too!
When traveling alone with my granddaughter, I feel very safe here.
I have many happy memories from here.

I booked 1 night for me and my friend, since we were doing a spa day and mini girls weekend. The hotel room for 1 night was $900. The room had no amenities other than a keurig coffee machine in the room. The Tv was not a smart TV and the bathroom has not been updated. You do not get a discount at the spa for being a hotel guest. My friend and her mom spent the afternoon at the spa having lunch at the Oasis lounge and dinner at Trevi 5. All was fine until dinner. My friend had her husband and 3 children join us for dinner. That night she began throwing up multiple times and at least every hour. Her husband had gone home and let her know he and their children were also throwing up. She and I discussed what could have caused this and after process of elimination realized they had food poisonings. I spoke with the front desk and I checked out. The assistant manager called me within a few hours and was very empathetic. She took detailed notes of everything that occurred. She let me know the manager would be reaching out. I asked for our meals to be covered since we spent over $2,500 that weekend on the room, spa and both meals on site. I felt that was the least they could do. The manager called and showed no empathy or apology. She explained to me that there were no other complaints so it must not have been the food served at trevi 5. What I explained to her was the reason I reported the issue was the meal that everyone got sick from was a kids menu item. Kids don't know they have food poisoning and if their parents did not eat the food/get sick they would think the kid ate too fast, much or was sick from a day at the parks. I did not want anymore kids or adults to be sick. The way the manager handled this situation was a joke for customer service and I let her know that. The hotel restaurant made my friend, her husband and 3 children ( 11 months, 2.5 and 5 years old) sick and had no response other than taking the kids meal mac and cheese off her bill.....which I ASKED FOR at the very least. What a joke.
Hershey you want to be a boutique hotel with Dollar General amenities and ambiance.
I will say the front desk who checked me in, received my initial complaint, the assistant manager and the runners who brought our luggage, extra towels and anything else we requested were AMAZING!!!!!
The manager Glenn Vandercaff is very much the opposite.
Rooms: The rooms are basic. Nothing extra. Not worth the price.
Food & drinks: Food poisoning with no resolution.

Came again for the Stevie Nicks concert which got cx last minute, had to pay for Suite since other rooms sold out and I remember last stay they dotted iiis and crossed tttrs. No water in the Suite, no more turndown service, for a 5 star hotel I would expect better hospitality and service esp at very high price point. Food good at restaurants, pool nice, packaged perk ok, and mgmt was pathetic. They need to try harder for the $$$$, paid Four Seasons prices without the service expectations.

I’ve stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels and resorts..this hotel is NOT 4 star. It’s a cheap hotel masquerading as a luxury resort .
Everything in this hotel is old, and not in a “ it has a nice unique old touch “. It’s not upgraded, the tv is tiny, the room and bathroom are small. Carpets are old and the room was dusty.
1- The room had socks left from the previous guests.
2- There was no water or any drinks ( not even to purchase ) in the room.
3- We requested water from room service , and never received it. I requested water at 9:30pm and at 11pm nothing. For the amount of money spent on this hotel, you should at least expect some semblance of good service.
4- We were asked via their text service if we would like room service, and I replied requesting service after 10am. We came back from the park at 9pm and there was no room service done. Still no water in the room, we also did not have any clean towels for the night. It’s extremely frustrating to spend so much money on 1 star service.
5- The shuttle is convenient, but they only have 1 making round and the timing is not always predicable. It advertises every 15 mins — but it is not.
6- I am giving the extra star for the breakfast buffet. It was delicious and we enjoyed it.
I would not stay here again.

I took the kids to Hershey Park and stayed at the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival at the front desk, we were greeted warmly and promptly checked into our room despite arriving early. The availability of a shuttle bus from the hotel to the park was incredibly convenient. The hotel features both indoor and outdoor pools, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool. It was clean, spacious, and staffed with attentive lifeguards. While we didn't have the opportunity to explore all of the amenities, our overall experience was positive. The only downside was that the food options were a bit pricey, but aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
