The Hotel Hershey is a beautiful, elegant, and grand historic hotel with impeccable, gorgeous, and well-maintained grounds. The property provides a welcoming atmosphere and is wonderfully kid-friendly and family-oriented, offering many fun activities, a kids' pool with water slides, mini golf, and a club house. It is also disability friendly. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, striking a perfect mix of luxury for adults and fun for kids, without children dominating the scene. The staff is incredibly friendly, warm, welcoming, and competent, with exceptional bell staff and service that goes above and beyond. The hotel features several fine restaurants, a fantastic breakfast buffet, a very nice bar, and an on-site spa. Rooms are good-sized, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for. Its location is excellent and close to everything, including Hershey Park, the Chocolate Factory, and the Gardens. Convenient, efficient, and free shuttle trolleys to the park multiple times a day are provided. While the stay can be expensive, guests find it worth every cent and highly recommend the hotel for a delightful, exceptional, and memory-making experience.

The stay exceeded expectations. The outdoor pool was excellent. The shuttles to the park were good. The breakfast was great but grossly overpriced, but whatever. The grounds were impeccable, gorgeous, and memory making. I would come back 1000%. Bell staff exceptional too.
