Every single time I’m there have an issue with getting service. They always make me feel like I’m bothering them. Today I was there for almost two hours when finally the manager decided to kinda help us. I witnessed the other worker go to help other people and kept ignoring us. The prices were so high after waiting two hours I had to take my prints and decided to make copies at the library for half the price. All around the service was awful, the workers seemed annoyed that we were there. We waited for almost two whole hours with our toddler and no one seemed to care or want to help us.

Excellent experience! I bought an office chair and they price matched their online price. You can buy them already assembled for a price, but I opted to put it together myself. It took just under an hour and turned out great! Very happy with purchase. I sat in it for at least 3 hours today and it's very comfortable. It's the flexFit Hyken chair. I'm 5'5' and it fits me great. Excellent back support.

Mason in the Printing department is top notch. Recently my colleague and I had to pick up some printed supplies for an event, and when we arrived we realized the wrong files had been sent and there were mistakes (from our end). Mason was so patient with us and was able to do a brand new rush order AND fix the mistakes WE made. He got it done within the hour and saved the day.

Just ok. Not the best and not the worst. Always felt like I'm bothering them for shopping...specifically for going to the register. Maybe that's why I started getting basic office/back to school stuff at Target and everything else on Amazon.

Got something printed and it had black fingerprints. Not a big deal. I know it happens. But I asked for another one and the employee rolled her eyes insinuating that I was asking too much. I asked to have my receipt emailed which is an option. But the same employee pushed through that option in her end. When the receipt printed, she said 'go ahead and take.' Motioning for me to take the receipt off the register myself. Service is terrible at this location. It's a shame as it used to be good. Try my best to go to other locations.

Seemed decent prices are comparable to anywhere else not the best not the worst very friendly staff to assist with any questions seem very clean and organized restrooms were clean

Passport size photo scam at Staples, Hershey.I was charged $47.67 for 6 copies of passport size photos. I went back to the same person who captured my picture to reconfirm the price because it surprised me how expensive they were. The person who captured my picture was rushed and gave me the prints without offering an opportunity to inspect the photo prior. The photo quality was worse with incorrect Color balance.I then had to go to CVS, where I was charged only $17 for 6 copies. I was shocked by the price difference, and the quality of prints was far superior at CVS. They also provided a certificate for biometric passport photos along with the photo, which clearly mentions that my photos have been Checked & verified for the biometric features. I decided to report about this matter to Staples Office of the President, and the response was super amazing. The customer support person was defending the quality as well as the cost. It’s so shocking that Staple and CVS stores are located just opposite to each other in Hershey and there is huge price difference. How staples can justify $47 for 6 passport size copies is hilarious, especially at this age of digital technology.
