What a circus in this location if you have a return save yourself the trip and just go to an actual UPS store. They can’t walk you through anything or be bothered or give clear communication.

Saw an item i needed available for 1 hr pickup. Since i was 15 mins away, i decided to drop by the store and pick the item up directly. Went around the store, but I couldn't find the item. Asked customer service for help and was told the item isn't on the floor. I mentioned that it's available in 1 hr. Pick-up but was told it's not being sold. Seems there's a disconnect on what is on the website and what the store is saying. Wasn't really helped and there was really no customer service at this store.

I brought my baby for a passport photo. It was really hard for me to hold her far enough away from me and she was cranky. The employees were so patient and helpful!!! It took so many attempts. They checked them and we're very carful about making sure they would get approved.

I recently needed four custom historical projects completed ~ involving many original vintage photos that needed scanned and positioned on large foam boards with a text layout ~ then all laminated. Jess in the Print Shop Services not only completed the project ~ we worked together during whole process. The end result was amazing! Such a great project from start to finish all because of Jess! The old guy doesnt know what hes doing he is more worrie to close the store than help people.. he act like the owner of the store he couldnt able to print the right copie and charged me for two.. he is a robber tried to charge more money.. even this guy already have ur retired he must to give that job to a young guy.. i drove for 0ne hour just to find unprofressional team and store

Every single time I’m there have an issue with getting service. They always make me feel like I’m bothering them. Today I was there for almost two hours when finally the manager decided to kinda help us. I witnessed the other worker go to help other people and kept ignoring us. The prices were so high after waiting two hours I had to take my prints and decided to make copies at the library for half the price. All around the service was awful, the workers seemed annoyed that we were there. We waited for almost two whole hours with our toddler and no one seemed to care or want to help us.

Excellent experience! I bought an office chair and they price matched their online price. You can buy them already assembled for a price, but I opted to put it together myself. It took just under an hour and turned out great! Very happy with purchase. I sat in it for at least 3 hours today and it's very comfortable. It's the flexFit Hyken chair. I'm 5'5' and it fits me great. Excellent back support.
