If I could give ZERO stars I would. Terrible branch. Shady stuff going on in here. Reach out if you want the details- got a call from a teller who “no longer works there” but some how he had my info and was asking questions about the account and personal life stuff and they will do NOTHING about it. I’ve run this allll the way up the chain and got the police involved. Terrible terrible terrible bank. Everyone take your money out of this place and move it to another banking institution. I’ll post screen shots soon!!! Maybe someone will reply and take this seriously the more I blast it out.

Do not bank with Santander. When you call their customer service, their representatives do not speak English very well and they are extremely hard to understand. I have banked with them for 15 years and after 15 years, they want to block my account because I reported to them that one company that I wrote a check to appeared to look like a scam company, as they did not deliver the service promised. They want to give me a new account number and this will cause me hours and hours of work as I have everything on autodebit ....about 20-30 things come out of my account monthly. If they do not resolve this problem, I am never banking with them again.
