I drove past because I thought this location was a hotel! Has a brick/iron fence in front of the parking lot with an entrance opening. A smaller parking lot that is more difficult for larger vehicles. The entrance even has white columns and an A roof like a hotel.Inside is laid out like a traditional Rite Aid. Does have public restrooms with a baby changing station. Many other locations did away with public restrooms.

Assistant Manager is rude and could care less about customer service. Not a surprise Rite Aid is going out. Took me 15 transactions to buy gift cards for the holidays. Went to CVS and it took one transaction for all my cards. Hmmmm...what's the deal with RA?! Never going there again. Thank you CVS!

I go here to get my feminine needs because it's convenient, and they always have some kind of sales going on for those products.

Right on Chocolate Ave. Often stop here on my way to or from other errands, or even out for a walk. Open late. Public restrooms. Pharmacy gives vaccinations, mostly by appointment. The clearance section after holidays has good bargains.

I wish I could give them ZERO ⭐️Trust me we I say that it pains me to do this, but it is my only option. The pharmacist Sean, is rude and very unprofessional. I had worked there and continued going after I left. It was nice feeling seeing familiar faces and always a bonus when I would see customers that I worked with for many yrs…But that has been taken from me as I had to transfer out all of my prescriptions and will not step foot in that or any Rite aid again!

I didn’t have enough money for my purchase we was estimating me being .50 short I put something back and the cashier was exceptional kind. She said get I will cover the .50. I thought that was so kind and generous of her. Once the reward was applied actually I was owed .11cent. The cashier and I was so happy and thankful. They were closing and it was a good end of the day for both of us. Especially being from out of town and just trying to show my grandkids a good time on my budget. I really wanted to say thank to her aft and God Bless!!

My husband called in his prescription refill this morning & went to pick it up over an hour later. We were told “it will be ready in 20 minutes” & we explained that we called in the refill earlier today. The pharmacist said “it will still be about 20 minutes”.We left & came back about 45 minutes later (went & ate at Starbucks, we fed our dog, etc.). We asked for the refill & we were told “yes, it will be about 10-15 minutes”.We explained that we were told 20 minutes about 45 minutes ago, on top of already calling in the refill earlier this morning. We were given the refill about 5 minutes later. We know that being a pharmacist is a stressful job where you are responsible for a lot of important details. I think our frustration is due to a few things:1. Unrealistic wait times. If you are short-staffed or something else is preventing quick turnaround, be honest & say that it will take 4-5 hours. I would rather trust your word than return to the pharmacy 4 times.2. Not having a better solution/workflow. Why call in a refill if that doesn’t seem to cut down on turnaround time? What can I do from my end to streamline the process?

Pulled into the drive thru pharmacy at 1:20 and waited/rang bell etc then when I finally called they said they are closed from 1:30-2 for lunch which I get that’s why I came at 1:20. If you are going to be closed before just say that. Also, others didn’t know you closed then cause they are no signs at the drive thru. Waste of time.

My experience this evening was excellent. Being from out of town and forgetting 2 meds, the called my home pharmacy and got the rx for me. I had tried calling two CVS which is a preferred source, but was on hold many minutes each. Rite Aid, a person answered quickly and was so very pleasant and helpful!! No wonder they have all 5 star reviews!

Fantastic pharmacy staff; especially Richie Saing. He is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful! Once, after I was released from the hospital I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medication ,he informed me it was not yet called in. It was late and the pharmacy was getting ready to close. He saw I was in pain and told me that since I live close I could go home and he would call me when it was ready. He contacted me about a half hour later to say he still did not receive the script. I gave him the information he needed to call the hospital. However, once he received the script, he informed me that they were out of stock. He then contacted multiple pharmacies in a 15 mile vicinity to see if they had it in stock and if they would be open by the time I would get there. He succeeded and found a 24 hour pharmacy that has the medication. I can’t imagine what it would’ve been like without it. I highly recommend this caring and professional team. The store staff is also very helpful and friendly.

I came into town on Saturday. I started feeling like I was coming down with a cold, so I needed to find a pharmacy or convenience store. I woke up Sunday morning and started looking on google I see Rite Aid is only 1.1 miles from the hotel I’m staying at, so my husband and I decided to walk. We were greeted promptly upon walking through the door. I gathered my items and headed for the pharmacy to ask a few questions. Claire was the pharmacist on duty and another young lady was there, but I didn’t get her name. They were both very nice and Claire went above and beyond to assist me with what I needed, she also gave us a recommendation for a seafood and steak restaurant that tuned out to be fantastic. I would highly recommend this Rite Aid they know how to make you feel welcome.
