I walk in and get asked what I'm looking for. Get shown the ugly sweaters. Leave me alone I have eyes that can see what the clothes look like. The guy who checked me out was not very friendly. It didn't get credited to my app after he said he found my information. After all that, he sarcastically calls me pal. I will me returning my purchases ASAP.

This store is amazing I wouldn't have it any other way I choose the store for my clothes and also my kids and I also give it out as gifts. The quality of the clothing the choices, and the colors are always immaculate. The prices are always great because they always have sales that can accommodate the ones who really don't like spending a lot of money. Polo Ralph Lauren is worth it!!

Amazing Shopping experience! I was speed shopping for my brother last minute Christmas gift around 7:40pm the most friendly staffs and the store manager Pierce was quick with his service & very trustworthy.- I had trouble looking for a size L Polo black Teddy bear sweater ,and he quickly found it in the back room immediately! The store manager Pierce was fantastic from start to finish everything was beyond expectation. He made a special gift box for my gift. I’ve had a great experience with Polo Ralph Lauren and have gotten honest answers to all my questions. Thank you. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2024.

Staff was nice. This matters tremendously. We had gone to Adidas outlet months ago and received the worst service where we stood at counter for a few minutes too long WITHOUT being acknowledged. We were s kit to buy $300 worth of clothes! We just left.At Polo, one of my purchases from J Crew had a security tag that beeped upon entry and the male associate was kind enough to tell me I was good and took scissors to help me clip off the tag. He went an extra step. Wish I had gotten his name. He was close cropped dark haired, possibly white Latin man.

The 40% off was not such a good deal. To me. They just put the original price on all the items. And then took 40% off of that. It did not include any sale items. Disappointing. ?
