Penn State Health Pharmacy is known for its great staff who go out of their way to help customers, providing excellent customer service and care. The pharmacy staff are patient and kind, making each visit a positive experience. However, parking is often problematic, with many customers disappointed by the limited options. Despite this, the staff's professionalism and helpfulness stand out. Overall, customers appreciate the friendly service and the staff’s willingness to assist, although parking remains a common concern.
Pharmacy staff are great and go out of their way to help you. However, the parking is terrible. Please move the Pharmacy to Hope Dr or provide temporary parking for Pharmacy pick-up.

Excellent customer service and care. The med tech I worked with to get our medication filled (not our regular pharmacy) was so patient and kind. He went out of his way to get our medication ready and answer any questions. Wonderful, positive experience.
