Penn State needs to get a handle on its ER, 2/3rds of the people in there were not sick and taking space from very sick individuals. One woman took up five seats for her family and none of them were the patient,including her. My son was brought in by ambulance, possible stroke or heat attack. NEVER was brought back into an ER room until 5 hours later!! Asked multiple times and was told "it will be soon". Now we are in in a freezing cold exam room and still have not been seen. Not even by a nurse!

I would never recommend a Penn State facility ever again. Incompetent care.
