I don't shop here because everything is overpriced and the quality of the clothing is cheap and disposable, but my mother wanted to return a sweatshirt dress she received as a Christmas gift. She had the receipt and the tags were still on it. The cashier was an older woman with gray hair and was extremely rude. She was trying to convince my mother to keep the sweater and my mom was trying to explain that it is not her style. She was then told that a refund could not be made because she did not have the original debt card when the purchase was made. It was a gift from someone else! Hanes hasn't ever heard of gift receipts? She stated that only an even exchange could work. The original price of the sweater dress was $40. The cashier then fought with my mother over that fact that she did not need any underwear or bras. My mom found some other sweaters for an exchange but ended up having to forfeit 60 cents or end up buying additional merchandise which was unwanted to begin with! Long story short, do not buy from this store unless you are very sure you won't need to make a return!

Happened to be in the area and needed a few pairs of Sheer Energy for my gf to wear to her office job..only to be told they weren't carrying any nylons at all. Seemed a bit odd to me

This store is a mess. The clothes have stains and marks on them and the prices are rediculous for the products they are selling. The staff was miserable and seemed to be bothered by me shopping.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE - Employee tampered with my return receiptI wished I could give this place a zero star. First of all the employees are super disrespectful and were on their phones/talking among each other while people needed their help. I tried to get help on sizing and the employees were not helpful at all.I then had to go back to return the items because they didn't fit. I had 7 items to return and 2 to exchange (sales items). I gave the employee my bag and saw her take EVERYTHING out of there and I went back to grab the 2 items in the right size to exchange. When I came back, she had processed my refund and I was only getting a partial refund. When I asked her the reason for the partial refund, she said that's because I didn't return the Bali bra which was $44. I tried telling her it was in my bag but she argued. I went back to my car to check and came back - she still argued that I didn't return the Bali bra. I checked at home as well and called back and she even tried telling me the store doesn't have that bra to sell.Then I noticed that she had actually scanned the bra but changed the prices to $10 on my return receipt. It was the very first item she scanned. When I went back the next day to confront her, at first she denied even helping me then she said maybe she missed it. It was a very unpleasant experience. She knew she scanned the bra and tampered with the price, and tried to argue the item was missing on my end. Really it felt like she was trying to scam me.

Decent selection for my wife. Priced a bit high for Walmart quality products. Real issue is how the workers were too busy on their phones or talking to friends to be of much assistance.
